The business of clean and everyone is very friendly. The husband and wife owners are very sweet and take their time working on you. The business what pretty full (all the technicians were working on someone) but we didn't feel rushed or neglected. They offer plenty of alcoholic and non alcoholic drink choices or snacks if you need! I've been to sketchy nail salons in the past that don't clean the tubs for the pedicure but they used cleaning solution between clients and wiped everything down. Very nice staff and the lady who does eyebrows did a great job.  Not so sure about the mani-pedi services.  Maybe my visit was just an off-day for the gentleman who took care of me but I went away a little disappointed.  I hope your trip there is better than mine was. Read Less

They did a HORRIBLE job on my girls' nails. My 16, almost 17 year old, came in and her nails were crooked and filed crooked. I took her and my 13 year old in the next day, told them I did not pay for that. I can do nails, but she wanted to go with a friend and get them done professionally. So, I know how nails should look, and hers were so botched, I was appalled. They redid her nails, they weren't very happy and kept blaming her. I decided while we were there to get my 13 year olds nails done too. They looked very nice, I paid for them, we left. About an hour later, one of my 13 year olds nails popped off!! I could not believe it. We are currently back replacing it, but I REFUSE to pay for it and will NEVER come back!! Read Less

The ladies that work here are super nice and fun to talk to! They asked me about my life, and I asked them about theirs, nice conversation and relaxing. Got the lavender pedi- all of the pedis come with hot stone and massage- it felt so good! The lady wasn't afraid to really massage my feet, which I like! The lady that did my mani was really good too-hand massage was great! They only take visa and MasterCard, so just be aware before you go. Definitely recommend this place. Had a wonderful girls day out getting manicures and pedicures! The lavender pedicure was perfection and everything was done with total attention to detail. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, as this was the best pedicure I have ever gotten!  I come to Springfield often for work and this was a great way to relax while away from home.  Hanna was amazing, extremely thorough and took her time to do an amazing job on my pedicure.  I got the European pedicure and I would definitely get it again! But... I also got a no-chip manicure from Hanna and that was a little different, although I don't think it was intentional.  They had too many customers and not enough nail technicians, and unfortunately did not have any of the walk-in customers really wait and they started getting them going on their services, so it was chaotic.  So my manicure was very rushed and not at all relaxing, she was very quick and rough with the filing of my nails and since then two of them have torn, even with the no-chip.  If she hadn't felt so rushed, I'm sure she would have treated my manicure more like my pedicure and taken her time.  Hanna and the owners were very friendly and created a very welcoming environment.  I just think that they need to either have more technicians present or ask their customers to patiently wait so the customers getting services and the technicians don't feel so rushed. This is a really great place. When we came in, we saw a sign that their credit card machine was down (good job, Comcast -_- ), so they told us that we'd have to use cash or checks, BUT if we went to get cash and brought the ATM receipt back, they'd reimburse us the ATM fees. Really thoughtful and great customer service, and an awesome way to deal with the issue.We got mani/pedis for a very reasonable cost, and they did an awesome job. Hanna, Michael and the entire staff were extremely kind, friendly and made customer service their #1 priority. Our new favorite salon! They gave priority to us because we had an appointment, which isn't always the case in my experience. Vanessa and Michael were so friendly, but not overly chatty to the point that our service wasn't relaxing. My nails and toes look great! Manicure/pedicure combo was $40. We will definitely return! They were so welcoming and reassuring to my mom as she bravely got her first pedicure! They helped her overcome a lifelong fear of showing her toes-not everyone has beautiful feet! Best pedicure in Springfield area! This is the 5th nail salon I've tried since moving to Springfield and the best by far. Very clean, quiet RELAXING atmosphere, wonderful massage chairs and the nail tech I had, Misty, gave the best foot massage and did a perfect job with my toe polish. This is a real gem for a nail salon. The chairs are very high quality and give an excellent massage. The entire place was clean. The workers were all more than friendly... Think genuine. Pedicures start at $25. I did the $30 service which included close to 20 min of massage with scrub, lotion, hot stones and hot towel. They also provided a beverage. Their polishes are high quality.
