Searched around until we, granddaughter, daughter, and I found our Nail Spa “home” Great people, personable, professional, ... great prices and artistic nail work , designed uniquely for individual ... with pleasure, instead of as if it’s a problem. Relaxing environment and laughter to boot 😁 . Highly recommend ‘A Nail Spa’ for all nail needs .

I used to come here for years, referred my FAMILY & FRIENDS to them as well. Ben the owner always harassed my grandmother for a tip and would sound and look like he was completely serious. He rush during the nail process sometimes if very busy and was rude to other customers at times. His wife Mya is great but her father is a joke on the pedicure side. Exactly why I stopped coming here 6 months ago.

I had a great experience yesterday, which was my 1st visit . I got a $25 pedicure that was awesome, from the foot massage to my leg. I felt like he took his time to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. And I was, I will be revisiting and would recommend them to anyone.

Finally moved to and have to make here my new nail salon. I was politely greeted in the front AND showed a picture of what I wanted. They were really graceful. & definitely kept me entertained by keeping up with our conversation. It usually lasts three weeks before it begins to chip or peel. I'm for sure coming back!!

Hey everyone, I just wanted to take the time to rave about A Nail and Spa! This place was a hidden gem!
I felt very welcomed. She removed the dead nail cells at the bottom of my nails. Everyone there was very easy to talk to. The shape and color on my nails are perfect!
I would highly recommend this place to my family. Definitely be coming back next time I'm in Springfield.

I have seen various different aestheticians and I just love A Nail and Spa . And each time the service has been great.
All people here are very friendly and hospitable. The nail tech spent so much time on me. And carried a conversation well. This place is decorated quite fashionably.
I will always coming here. I am grateful for this place.

Based of helpful reviews I decided to tried A Nail and Spa yesterday. It’s nice to find a place that truly cares about the customers. I also suggest making an appointment before walking in. I got the full set with polish and massage. Everyone that as done my nails has been very nice and very good at what they do. It's super clean and had a beautiful decoration and atmosphere. I will be back very soon. I've done with my search.

I went there this past Thursday. The lady with the bracelet wrist tattoos is horribly rude and does your nails how she wants to. When I asked for someone else to do them after she burnt me with the drill and pull & tugged on my fingers, the guy who works there decided he'd do them. He too was rude and started yelling when I told him how I wanted my nails. Although nail license are posted, I will be calling the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations, Public Health as well contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint.

I usually have great survice but the last time I went. The lady who did my nails was very rude. She wouldn't listen to anything I was saying. Got mad when I asked for my nails to be shorter. She was contstantly pulling my hands. Was way to aggressive. I was very un happy. She had the tattoos on her wrist that kind of look like bracelets. If you have her ask for someone else. She will not be getting tipped.

I had a pedicure and my feet were sore for three days after and they trimmed the cuticle too short on one of my toes, causing it to bleed and now I have a large scab. I will not return to this establishment. And when I told them of my poor service, all I got was a sorry, no break in the cost. Very unprofessional.

I felt very welcomed. She removed the dead nail cells at the bottom of my nails. Everyone there was very easy to talk to. The shape and color on my nails are perfect!
I would highly recommend this place to my family. Definitely be coming back next time I'm in Springfield.

I went there this past Thursday. The lady with the bracelet wrist tattoos is horribly rude and does your nails how she wants to. I had a pedicure and my feet were sore for three days after and they trimmed the cuticle too short on one of my toes, causing it to bleed and now I have a large scab. I will not return to this establishment. And when I told them of my poor service, all I got was a sorry, no break in the cost. Very unprofessional.
