My regularl nail tech was booked so I decided to try pro nails. They do great pedicures but terrible nails. I got a no chip fill-in and one of my nails broke the next day and I didn't bump it into anything. Two days later on one of the nails the polish started chipping off. This was a no chip and I couldn't believe this happened to me. I was upset because it took me along time to grow my nails back to a even length. Now one of my nails have to start over. I will not be returning here to get my nails done. I will be sticking with my regular nail tech and book way in advance. Read Less

I come here about every Three to four weeks because that's how long my nails last. This place REALLY takes their time from nails, pedicure, lash extension, brow tint..... everything is on point. The guy that does my nails name is Micheal. He does beautiful nails that last. Read Less

Last time I was there I had broke the nail on my index finger. I ask the guy to be CAREFUL because it was broken in the middle of my nail bed.  You think he cared,He Ran the DRILL Across that FINGER not once , twice but three times, then he tried to use tweezers to get the rest of the broken nail off, after his boss saw I was in PAIN he came over an assisted him,  Fast forward, I just came from there today and the same guy cut me with the drill again, was SNATCHING my hand across the table and would not help me with my purse even though my nails were still wet. I will never go there again.  The guy who did my pedicure did a horrible job.  He acted like he was in a rush or something.  He just ran the water, and let my feet sit in for about 2 minutes.  He didn't trim or smooth my nails, and only scrubbed my feet for only a few seconds.  The polish was put on messy, and without a top coat.  My pinky toe is barely covered in polish.  I could have stayed home and did a better job myself. Horrible! I was in a rush and couldn't make it to my regular salon. I didn't think it would be that bad because I only do no chip manicures but boy was I wrong! To start I was there over two hours for a simple no chip. It usually takes no more than 45 minutes. They took me in right away but then had me change nail techs when other customers walked in. The man who I ended up with took a cigarette break in between doing my nails. The next day two nails started to chip which caused my nails to break and less than four days later all the tips of my nails were cracking. No chip should last for at least two weeks. If it weren't for the nail growth I could even go three weeks at my regular salon. For the time I spent in this trashy place I could have just gone to my regular salon. Lesson learned. Prices were not any cheaper for their bootleg no chip polish and service. Run! Read Less

I went in during the weekday, there were no other customers. The man who worked on my nails and feet did a rush job. I had paint on my skin and my feet were not smoothed over. I got the stiletto shape nails on my hands and the nail tech did a horrible job shaping. I paid 70 bucks and do not think it was worth. Read Less

Went there with my daughter for manis and pedis. I was thinking she would cost less as other places have never charged me full price for her. I suppose my fault for assuming. The new location is much bigger and we didn't have to wait long. They asked me if I wanted no chip for nail polish. There nothing was mentioned about it costing 20.00 more. Found that out at the end. It was 80.00 for the 2 of us. Any other nail salon would be 50..00 at the most. They did do a good job no complaints there. Read Less
