Cara is a very talented stylist, she provides the full experience with picking your essential oil to the best scalp and shoulder massage that totally relaxes me. She listens to my needs and gives me the best hair cut and dry blow dry every time. I also like that Cara informs me about all the different Aveda products and encourages me to try something different. Some times I need a change in shampoo and conditioner. My first visit today: I had Lauren for my pedicure. She was friendly, professional, and very good at the service--the best pedicure I've had, in fact. I will definitely visit again, likely for a facial in a few weeks. Ania did a superb job on my no-chip. I had a shoulder and scalp, stress-relieving massage during my service. Very clean and professional studio. Prices are higher than the surroundings but as for the nail services it is worth it. Expect these with an aveda- eco friendly spa. Massages are more affordable elsewhere in the arboretum. Did not like all the product sales afterwards but they need to make commission somehow. I will be back! Read Less

I suppose it goes without saying that the services you get are only as good as the person who does your nails, but I am so disappointed in Spa Bleu.  I went in with high hopes, a $100 gift card and a $20 tip that I now wish I hadn't left.  My nails look weird.  They are uneven across the end - slanting, not straight across - and the final top coat doesn't cover my nail completely. She was a bit rough on my feet and especially across the top of my calves. Ouch!!   She didn't do much clean up on the bottoms of my feet, either, which are still rough.  I will not EVER return to Spa Bleu and certainly will advise friends to go somewhere else.  It is so over priced for what you get. Best salon around this area. I've been going here for years and I'm almost impressed when I leave. They go above and beyond. I recently "cheated" on Spa Bleu with another salon and got what I deserved... my hair was butchered. I called Spa Bleu and they were able to squeeze me right in and gave me an awesome haircut. Went in on a whim as my friends had gotten me a gift card.. was in need of good haircut and color and saw Riley and she did a great job! Spa Blue Dundee location...The best facial I have EVER received. Complete with foot and hand rub! Megan has magic hands, she should just take all my money now!
