I came in for the 1st time today, had my manicure & that was great, quite relaxing... After this my ENTIRE relaxation escaped & my heart rate went THROUGH THE ROOF. A woman came in with her two small children, sat them down with phone & an iPad, I could care less on how she handles her kids, but I was in the farthest seat away from them & could hear both of their devices LOUD & CLEAR.
Though I tried many subtle attempts to my technician, I was unable to convey that I was VERY annoyed. I didn't feel it was my place to ask the mom to turn it down. My relaxing day at the spa turned out with a very nice mani/pedi, yet a very increased heart rate & not a reduced stress level... QUITE DISAPPOINTING, as this salon was highly reccomend. I would ABSOLUTELY give this place 5 stars, but those kids ruined it completely :(
Hoping this note might suggest to them to inforce a headphone policy (for those who don't have common courtsey)

I go here all the time and always had a great experience. It’s a very clean and simple environment. Although if your looking for super fun nails this isn’t the place for you.

Although the atmosphere and location is nice, the eyebrow services I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
The eyebrow lady does a decent job but her customer service is terrible and it is not worth the overpriced char...

The eyebrow lady does a decent job but her customer service is terrible and it is not worth the overpriced charges. She waxed AND threaded my eyebrows (charged me for both), when I got up from my chair, I was bleeding from both eyebrows and realized she left a clump of wax on my temples when I got home.
As for customer service, as I sat down on the chair, she asked me right away if I needed my upper lip or anything else done. I politely told her “no” but she asked me 4 / 5 more times and the whole time was telling me the benefits of it. Okay, I get that she does have to sell her services but when a customer has said no 3 times, its only polite to stop. By the 6th time she asked me (towards the end of my service) if I wanted to get my upperlip and face (which I don’t even have a lot of) threaded, I finally said yes and told her to be careful cause I had a small pimple by my chin. She said “okay” but she still threaded across it and it hurt SO much. Then as she did my eyebrows she kept pointing out my blemishes which I am already uncomfortable about. There’s more to this but I think you guys get it.
THE WORST PART: At the end of my service, I was charged $35 and she walks you to the register and STARES YOU DOWN UNTIL YOU LEAVE A TIP (not exaggerating). I don’t have a problem paying $35 for a good wax/thread, but this WAS NOT WORTH IT. You go into a salon wanting to feel pampered, clean and refreshed, but when you’re literally pressured and nagged, it ruins the whole vibe. I have never felt so frustrated and uncomfortable in my life. Never coming back.

Nasty, nasty, nasty. I went here for a mani pain so I was there for 2 hours. I would see people get up from having a pedicure then shortly after a new person was sitting in the seat and I NEVER saw them clean the bowl. No smell of a cleaning supply...NOTHING. At first I thought, maybe I keep missing them, but 5 people had exchanged seats and not one bowl was cleaned. This is extremely alarming and disgusting! To allow people to soak in the dead skin of others is against the law and all kinds of rules enforced by state board are being broken here! The woman doing my nails literally coughed in her hands and then gave me a hand massage. I was so disgusted! While their prices are the cheapest in town, you get the service that you pay for and I don't think saving $10 is worth catching a disease or infection! ****BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE****

They do a really good job on my nails every time. I get a no chip from here every other week and it always comes out flawless and lasts for weeks! Plus their tools are super clean- they use brand new tools for each person. The salon is super cute too and they always have good movies playing on the big screen ! Tip- They only take tips in cash so bring some with you !

I had a great experience here at Zen Nails. I was originally going to go and get my nails done at another nail salon that I've always gone to, but they had a 45 min wait and I couldn't wait that long....
I had a great experience here at Zen Nails. I was originally going to go and get my nails done at another nail salon that I've always gone to, but they had a 45 min wait and I couldn't wait that long. I went to Zen Nails instead, walked right in and sat down right away! I even got $5 off for going with gel nails! I'm very pleased and will be coming back for nails in the future. Ask for the manager!!

I came in for the 1st time today, had my manicure & that was great, quite relaxing... After this my ENTIRE relaxation escaped & my heart rate went THROUGH THE ROOF. I would see people get up from having a pedicure then shortly after a new person was sitting in the seat and I NEVER saw them clean the bowl. No smell of a cleaning supply...NOTHING.
