Omg okay. I'm so excited I couldn't even wait to go home to post this review. The entire staff is so sweet and kind. I made an appointment and upon walking in I was greeted and seated by Julie. She started on my pedi immediately and finished in a timely manner. She didn't rush and was so sweet and had great conversation. She then seated me and started on my nails. OMFG FIREEEEEEE! I was so nervous because I'm originally just moved here from vegas and I'm VERYYY picky. Julie did NOT disappoint. I'm so happy about this place. The salon itself is absolutely GORGEOUSSSSS you feel like a queen here and you get treated like one too. I'mInLOVE. I will be getting my nails done here from here on out. I haven't stopped by this place in a while! However, I forgot to leave a review for my girls. I love their nail services, the customer service, the quality of service, and the ambiance! I use to come for any design I desired and I would get exactly what I want. Anna is the best nail artist hands down, she works hard and takes her time to make sure her client's needs are met. The other girls are also trained to do REAL gel nails! Not the usual powdered gel, it's the real deal. Don't buy into other nail salon's false advertisements. On Friday I was so excited to check this place out it looked so cute and chic  and it was just down the street from my job . The reviews looked good  and pictures. I was excited to get off work and get a well over due pedicure after a long week . It said they closed at 8pm I was off @7 & got to nailed 15 minutes after ( still enough time to get a pedi quickly) most nail techs done mind working ahhhh till they close??  . After I had knocked on the locked door as she was right there on her phone The girl behind the front desk let me in and said . That she had cleaned up and closed already ?? Hmm sorry but to me a nail spot should be open the hours they list like any other place . A full time mama and hard worker finally found some time for myself even if it's just 30 minutes and this girl wanted to be lazy apparently because a pedicure doesn't even make a mess . So that's just laziness right there . Beyond disappointed I thought I'd have a new nail spot next to work . Bummed that now that was my first impression. Thumbs up for these ladys. I had mani/ no chip/ jelly pedi while  my boy had jelly pedi (will post the video of that delicious adventure). Ultra modern interior, whit unbelievable choices of colors. From nude to ultra bright ones. Prices are very reasonable for the service you will get. Nice vibe and nice atmosphere with girls make me want to go there again. Oh and you know what, as they have such a nice music taste there you can bring your favorite drink and have some party with your boys, ladies or whoever feel like they need to relax. I tried lavender jelly pedi and it smells like heaven. I really enjoyed. My boyfriend enjoyed it too. Lady did his pedicure perfect. I decided to make this place my regular one! After my fourth visit, I have decided to write a review for this establishment. I have to say, this is one of the best nail salons I have EVER been to so far! The first time I went, I had a regular mani that last me over a week. The second, third, and fourth time I had no chip. My no chip last me a little over a month. I have not been to a place near me that had given me no-chip that last that long. Additionally, I love how the nail technician I was with she asked me if I wanted my cuticle cut or pushed back. Nice ambiance. Great Color selection. Really hospitable staff. Only reason I gave it 3/5 was because pricing is a bit off and I wasn’t able to get a full set because there isn’t enough nail techs with the experience to do so. I had no choice but to get a gel mani because none of the non-scheduled nail techs can do a full set? Idk I found that weird. Also, I was charged $5 per nail because I used a “special” polish. Most places just charge $5.00 in total no matter how many nails you used it on. My thumb had the glitter “special $5 polish” and it peeled off on its own in a week. I been to many great nail salons in Chicago and I have to say coming to this salon I was a bit disappointed. I was originally quoted for a no chip and when I went to pay I was charged 15 extra for my previous nail color removal. Not once have I ever payed for a no chip removal when getting a new no chip. Apart from the price the manicurist was not very friendly. Not once did she really talk other that just one comment. She also hurt me and left me a cut on my cuticle. My nail art was done good. I went on Yelp to do my research on which nail salon around me could apply the most natural looking gel nails. Most places around me had pictures of terribly fake looking nails except this salon. On Thursday I called to book an appointment but they were booked until Tuesday!! That was the first good sign... If a place is that booked they must be good so then I told them I wasn't able to do that since I leave on vacation on Monday and Julie was kind enough to take down my name and number to call me back if anyone canceled their appointment. Luckily, they did, and I got in the next day! I've driven by there and have never seen the salon...it's a hidden gem. When you come in you see beautiful decorations and it's obvious they pay close attention to detail. My favorite part was the plastic nail pieces they have with most their nail polish colors. You can use these to sample how the color would look on your nail. I loved this because sometimes I think a color is pretty but then when it's applied it doesn't look as good so this really helped me choose my color (I posted a picture to show you what I'm talking about since I have never seen something like this....it's not the color I chose tho). They also have cute little ring holders in every station for you to put ur rings on while you're getting your manicure. As for the gel nails I got I can't say enough good things about them! They are amazing! Natalie did my nails and I showed her a picture of what I wanted and that's what I got! Occasionally, I get an urge to do more than a single color no chip mani/pedi. When I want a knockout nail job, I get a lot of my nail art inspiration from Pinterest. Locating a nail shop in the North Shore with artists capable of doing elaborate work was difficult to find up until I found Nailed. Nailed is a 2 year old posh nail salon. They have quality nail polishes in an enormous range of colors. The interior is chic and clean and I take comfort in knowing this salon uses packaged sterilized tools for each client.The Yelp pictures showcase the quality of their work. For the Holidays, I booked my first appointment and was paired up with Ivanna.  I told Ivanna I wanted to do a stringed lights design and showed her a photo off of Pinterest. She not only replicated the design to perfection but she also recommended that I use a shimmery ivory base as a background. Her work exceeded my expectations and I was very pleased with the result.What made this a 5 star review was the salons ability to accommodate my schedule. On the day of my appointment, I realized I was going to be in a time crunch. In order to make the events of the day work, I needed to leave early to make it to my next engagement. I asked if I could be bumped up an hour earlier and thankfully, they were able to meet my request despite the busy holiday weekend! Overall, the time spent to do my nails (no chip mani with nail art and pedi) took roughly 2  1/2 hours to complete.  If you plan on doing something similar, I suggest you allot enough time so you can plan your day accordingly.Walk-ins, as stated by Yelp, are welcomed but I would highly suggest making an appointment.Lastly, pricing for this type of work is not cheap. Depending on the complexity and type of nail art you want, pricing can vary. Expect to pay roughly twice the amount you would pay for a standard no chip mani and pedi if you plan to do nail art for all fingers.Parking is free on the side streets for a max of 2 hours. Ian, the owner, mentioned available parking for patrons can be found at the business on site garage. Make sure to park only on the ground level of the building to avoid a ticket. I've been coming to Nailed now for the better part of a yer and I can't say enough good things.  I've also started to bring my mom with me on a regular basis because we always have a great experience and she has very sensitive skin and needs someone to pay attention.  The employees at Nailed are total pros.  They answer the phone, they schedule appointments, they don't run behind and they always do a great job, what more could you want in a place?  I have a bunch of nail salons around me that I can go to but I drive the extra 15 minutes because I really appreciate their work and awesome attitudes!  Thanks for the work you ladies do, Nailed is a gem and I'm glad I found it. After hopping arounx many nail shops i think ive found the one i love! It's one of the cutest nail shops I've been in and the girls are so nice.  The girl that was doing my nails, Mariana, was really sweet and quick. And she gave me a really cool design that I got alot of compliments on. All the girls made me feel so welcome and even offered coffee or tea which was awesome. After searching and looking at their work and reviews I decided to try it and it was very close to work. I thought I'd be raving about this place but I can only say it's ok. The owner and all of the staff are very nice and always able to squeeze me in. I do love their designs, selection and the place itself is adorable! So glam and clean all the time and no children! It is a place where I can come relax and be a girl. However, after two visits I am starting to see a pattern and also the disappointment is settling in. I've gone with 2 different nail techs gotten 2 different designs. The first one was a no chip with gemstones and a pedi. The second one was a matte finish no chip. Both have lifted and peeled off after one week! I've never had the polish from a no chip peel off on me ever and definitely not that quickly in the years I've gotten no chips. It's truly sad because their work looks beautiful but not sure what is causing this. I am sad to say that I can't justify the price after 2 tries or going back. Read Less

I'm sure this joke is wayyy over used on this page but the technician that did my nails really "Nailed It" today ;) It was my first time trying Nailed; my sister recommended it to me. I was in desperate need of a no chip mani. I gave them a quick ring about 15min before arriving because patience is not my virtue. Lucky for me they were available to take me right away. I picked a beautiful red color and was seated right away. I endured just a minor hiccup, the drying machine messed up 2 of my nails. The technician was able to fix them by adding another coat of the red color. She also said to come back if I wasn't  satisfied later on. Overall, great service, nice staff and beautiful salon.     I will return. Also, cash tips ONLY! I had to make a quick Walgreens run ("cash back please!") in order to be prepared. Read Less

I'm really sad. I really wanted to like this place. It's cute and the prices are very decent. But there ended up being a lot of things that went wrong. First, I made an appointment for 4:45 but I ended up waiting over half an hour before they actually had a technician open up. Second, the technician was so incredibly unprofessional. I don't expect you to be my best friend and chat with me the entire time but she literally ignored me and was talking with her coworkers the entire time. She even stopped multiple times to talk to them while she was doing my nails. Third, and this relates to the second point. She wasn't looking while she did my nails. She ended up cutting me with the cuticle clipper. I'm just super appalled by this. If she had been paying attention this never would have happened and it shouldn't have happened. The nails look fine. Just like how they would if I had gone to any nail salon. I won't be coming back here again and I definitely won't be recommending people to come here. Read Less

I had a great experience today! Sophia did an absolutely beautiful job. I've been getting long acrylic nails for 7+ years and I just did gel (actual builders gel, not powder gel) and the shape, strength, and DESIGN of the nails are gorgeous. She got the coffin shape just right, and my nails are so much nicer than the pic I brought in. Highly recommend, I'm not easy to impress and she blew me away with her attention to detail and commitment to me loving my nails.
