The worst service of my life. PLEASE DONT EVER GO THERE. she made me bleed getting acrylics and just did them like what ever. She didn't take the time to make them look natural. They look bulky and just horrible. I've gotten bad in other places but this was beyond the worst place ever. I will never ever go there in my life. Not changing my nail place again. Worst service. Worst experience ever! During the pedicure the lady had cut into my skin multiple times. Drawing blood three times. Gave her another chance and did my nails. I was utterly disgusted at the final product. I had asked for a purple matte color and a gold accent and got a hideous purple and orange glitter instead. The service was horrible I tried to tell her what was wrong and she did not understand. They saw I was unhappy and could not get me out of there fast enough so the other clients wouldn't notice. If no stars was an option best believe I would select that. I went to this salon on Wednesday 5/2/18 and I had the worst experience ever. I came into the salon about 8 o’clock, an hour before closing. The lady who did my set I believe was the owner. She was very rude and she wouldn’t let my friend sit with me, she said I kept moving, and this and that. She did a terrible job. She burnt me with the glue, and when I had my hands under the gel lights, my fingers were burning. I asked her why, and she completely ignored me. She kept speaking in Vietnamese to the other workers (I presume about me) and she really did not know how to do my nails to the point where I had to start scaling back the service I was asking for from like wanting a mani + pedi to...just being okay with a polish change...etc. If you get white polish, it really shows how messy her work is. One of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had! My sister and I went there for mani/pedis and everyone was so friendly! I didn’t feel like they rushed through the process and actually cared about their work/making it an enjoyable experience (which I’ve never really found at other salons). I loved this place until recently.  I went for mani/pedi, looking forward to the parrafin hand wax.  The owner said they don't do this in the summer but they do this for pedis. I asked why but her answer was unclear, something about it's too hot in the summer.   Then why do you still do this for pedis?  She mumbled something and started talking to someone else. The girls work so hard.  This young lady gave me an awesome pedi but the owner gave me the mani.  I gave the customary 20% tip and the owner had the nerve to take money out for herself, put it in her drawer then walked over to the girl that gave me the pedi and gave her the rest of the tip.  Owners should not accept tips unless shared with the girls.  The owner is brazen and somewhat rude.  I'm not going back. I consistently get great service at this salon. Definitely my #1 spot for a mani pedi. Monday-Wednesday is your prime time for a mani-pedi combo, since there's a weekday special where it's discounted to maybe $36 or $38... which is typically i think $42 regularly. Don't quote me.But here's why they win.  All the techs are very skilled. Although their English isn't the best, they definitely strive to serve and make their customers happy.The owner/boss/woman in charge Helen, runs a tight ship. She always greets her customers, and makes appoint to remember her frequently returning clients.Here's why their mani-pedi wins. The chairs have seats (including the bum) the chairs are remote-massaging and on point. Their pedis.... include SOOOOO MUCH! ON top of your standard pedi, you also get a hot stone massage to your feet and legs, as well as a paraffin wax treatment to your heels to make them much softer.Expect to really sit in this spot for a bout 2 hours. although it is lengthy, the workers take their time to get it right, and really let you feel relaxed.  It's very clean. ample color/nail polish selection with good products, ranging from Essie, China Glaze, OPI, Relish, CND, and more. I've had no-chips, which are also well-applied, and pretty long lasting. Being a nurse, my hands are exposed to a lot of chemicals and frequent hand washing. Your no-chip (regularly priced at $35) WILL hold up.manis get an extra hydrating glove treatment, and a quick back massage.There's too many good things to say about this salon. I paid 40 dollars for a mani/pedi yesterday and my nails look awful. They didn't evenly file my nails and the polish looks like I did it myself with my non dominant hand. No massage with my pedi. I went here for the first time on Mothers Day. I picked Crystal after reading Yelp reviews & I was not disappointed. This place is a gem. Very friendly & customer-service oriented. I've never had such a nice, long, relaxing pedi before. They didn't just rush through to get you in & out. The leg massage was great! They used heated towels and hot stones and hands to really massage legs and feet. Not just a quick once over, but enough to really feel relaxed.  I had Zaya & she was really sweet & friendly. She took great care with each step of the pedi. They also use a paraffin wrap to soften your feet & a really nice shoulder massage at the end.  I will definitely be back & wont hesitate to recommend to others! Read Less

I just loved all the extras at Crystal Nails. Although it is a bit more than I am used to paying for a mani-pedi, it is definitely worth it. Besides their lovely massage chairs, you not only get a wonderful massage with both your mani and pedi. The pedi includes parrafin wax on your heals after they have been scrubbed and the mani includes dipping your hands in hot wax which makes them so much softer. A very friendly shop. Just happily returned from getting a $28 pedi here and am still high off the complimentary services that accompanied it such as the hot stone massage, paraffin wax, and the quickie shoulder massage. I really appreciated the time that Emma took on "grating" and scrubbing my soles and the thorough leg massages! They also have waxing services. They offer coffee, tea, and chocolates/candy. They're open until 7 PM weekdays and 6 PM weekends and are located in the corner of a strip mall. You can tell that the owner Helen trained them all to be extremely friendly and nice.  Everyone smiles and says hi/bye to you.  What a hidden gem! Read Less

I have been getting pedicures here for some time. But the last two times have been awful. Today was the worst. Uneven nail cutting, sloppy polish application and it had to be one of the quickest pedicures I have ever had. I would be hard pressed to return.
