Not very good ladies why is it so hard to find a good nail salon? The staff was nice enough no problems in this area. They just really rushed through! I paid $65 which is about normal for a pedicure and full set. They did not take time on my pedicure at all , or my cuticle situation  (ladies you know what I'm talkin bout am I right? Lol I hope so...) I was the only customer so you would think it would grant me a little more attention. This is one of the only ways I pamper myself these day's darn it and they need to put some effort into it!  I will give you 3 stars because you were nice and it was clean. Just try a little harder. I have been here a few times, and the lady that did my pedicure was amazing when I returned she had quit. My pedicures have not been the same and I felt rushed, not listened to and when expressed my concerns the staff was unapologetic. I had no chip come off in less than a week. I will not be returning. I LOOOOVVVVEEEE my nails. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. I only had to wait 5 minutes for my services. Not only was the full acrylic set done quickly, but VERY efficiently as well. I came here because of all the good reviews, and I am 100% overjoyed with my decision. I had gone here a couple times and loved it. I had a great experience every time I went there. I'm very upset that I felt the need to leave this review. I had made an appointment for three pedicures and a full set of acrylics. As soon as I got there my group was split up and I got my nails done while the other two got pedicures. Not a big deal, maybe they had another nail appointment soon and wanted to get mine done. As far as I know there's three men that work here, the owner, a shorter man, and another man who wears also wears glasses. He did my nails. He was in a rush, and I noticed he skipped steps that were normally done while getting acrylic nails. After putting on the acrylic, he had me sit down to get my pedicure done by the owner. He too was in a rush. The man doing my manicure stopped in the middle to do a woman's nails who had walked in at least 10 minutes after me, without an appointment. She even offered to come back later. I'm currently sitting getting a pedi with crooked nails that can't be fixed without completely altering the shape, nail glue all over my nails, which is extremely annoying and hard to get off by the way, and chunks of acrylic hanging off my nail. My pedi was rushed, not relaxing at all, and paint ended up all over my toes? I'm very upset and will not be coming back. I don't know what happened today but it's very unfortunate. I went in at 7:15 pm and they close at 8pm. They stayed open late to finish my no chip mani and pedi. Like the liners in the tubs. The chairs give great massage and same with the foot massage that comes with the pedi. Have been here numerous times and always a great experience. My no chip always lasts Read Less

The worst nail salon I've ever been to! I had and appointment so when I arrived one person started on my nails. I asked for a soak off and a gel overlay of my real nails. The one lady that started my nails sent me to the guy that sits at the front table. He started working on my nails and I told him what I wanted. He said ok, ok. He soaked my nails off and then he clipped off my real nails😡! The first lady that was doing my nails started speaking in their language and she must have told him what I wanted and he apologized and then wanted to put more acrylic nails on and a gel overlay. I agreed and then that's when he started applying the acrylic. He had acrylic all up and down my fingers assuring me he will remove it. He never did. As more customers started to come in and no one could take them. They started leaving. He tried moving faster rushing my nails. They were uneven and awkwardly shaped. When I asked if he was going to apply lotion he asked does my original nail salon put lotion on me. I answered yes. He squeezed some lotion on my hands and rubbed them really fast and them told me the price leaving lotion all over my nails. I was so angry that I just paid them and got out of there quick. When she began painting my toenails, I noticed the toe nails color is not the same as the fingernail color. She told me it needs a 2nd coat. Coincidentally, this happened to me in March. The color I picked was pink but coordinating toe polish was orange.. BLATANTLY ORANGE.. I had no idea I picked that same color again (Perfect Match #45 - shocking p...ink). I understand the company sent those bottles together but the fact is that they DON'T match. ( I don't blame Secret Nails for this problem, I would just like resolution to have my fingers and toes close to matching) The woman then went on to glare and me and talk, quite inappropriate in my opinion. The other employees agreed it didn't match, but this woman was just being rude. After explaining myself multiple times, we agreed upon a "comparable" pink for my toes. So this woman paints one toe and asked it THAT'S better.. no the color didn't change so I requested they start the toes fresh. After arguing with me, she walked away throwing things and acting mad. I kindly expressed my dissatisfaction of how the woman was being rude and I won't EVER return there. The men are all very kind and pleasant and understanding.. the women were rude. They're non-verbal cues were enough to tell me what they were saying.. I was satisfied enough to back after the first time this happened. Due to the behavior and lack of professionalism of the woman who was doing my pedicure, I won't ever return again.. NOR will I EVER recommend this place to ANYONE again!! See More Read Less

The only place I go for years! Family owned and run. Followed them from old store. They do a great manicure and pedicure. My husbands gets pedicures here also. They've been doing my nails since the old salon. They moved to be closer to home and school for their family! Read Less

I love this place! My Mom and I both went. A young man asked if we wanted anything to drink and said I was more than welcome to sit in the pedicure chair next to my mom while I waited my turn for my fill-in & color change. Helen did my fill-in, color change & brows. We talked the whole time, they have a good tv to watch in case you have to wait (which usually isn't long), and they have good quality WiFi available which is a plus. She really took her time and apologized about ...my "wait" which was only 10/15 minutes and was walk-in. My nails that were damaged and not completely on my real nail anymore were re-shaped and they looked great over all. I asked if at any case, the no chip manicure chipped would they re-do the manicure for free and she said of course. As for my brows, I was worried they would come out too thin but they were PERFECT. Could not be happier. My Mom also loved her pedicure and her brows as well! It was $35 for a gel fill-in & $10 for brows. I recommend this place a million times!!!! See More Read Less

Skip it. Really slow service. They don't listen to what you want and get mad when you ask them to fix it. Maybe the worst pedicure I've ever had. Poorly shaped and nail polish all over my cuticles. Pretty small polish collection, too. Read Less
