Very caught off guard. Went in for a powder dip for my nails. Selected the color. Started with one technician and then 5 minutes later abruptly directed to move to another seat by another technician. The feeling was “we’re busy” - MOVE - so I can do your nails. During the powder dip this round the technician took short cuts with grooming my nails followed by poor layering of the powder followed by a shirt cut with omitting tools to gloss the powder coat, rather he was in a rush and went straight to some light filing of the top of my nail and straight to a clear coat. My physical nails are uneven, the powder coats are as well. I was confused as to why he was doing some of the steps that he was differently. I opted not to say anything until the end so I could talk to the owner. When I explained what happened and requested that I not pay full price I was met with the staff jumped my at me followed by a customer jumping on board to belittle me in the situation. This place is so amazing I had to write a second review! I’ve had about every nail tech here and NONE of them are a disappointment! Making an appointment is a must, this place gets busy especially on prime days. Helen, the owner, is always accommodating, wanting to provide a good customer experience, and its good to be known as a regular there. Some techs take a longer time, especially when newer/training, but I appreciate the detail and attention spent, especially on pedicures. The new facelift, paint and new pedi chairs including USB port, looks great. They also do organic dipping powder, in addition to no chip nails. Highly recommend this location!!! Read Less

My kids took me here for my birthday. The guy that did my nails was a little rough when trimming my cuticle but nails turned out awesome. He doesn't talk at all, didn't even tell me his name. The girl that did my kids nails was very nice. I think she came to sit by us because she was waiting for a tip though because she sat in from of us on her cell phone while the gentlemen finished my nails. Not really inteacting with customers. Right when I walked in, the owner (?) told me there was going to be a wait. I decided to wait it out from 12:06 to 1:26, I'll definitely make an appointment next time. Owner is a nice lady, but some rude employees. I went in to get a fill in and pedicure and the lady I was assigned for a fill in seemed to be having a bad day and took it out on me. She Was very rude, pulling my nails, made one of my fingers bleed, and after she paint my nails with regular polish she put a top coat that was no-chip. She then began scraping the polish off without explaining that she made a mistake. I had to ask for someone else to paint my nails because I felt she was being rude intentionally at this point. Then when the owner came over to begin painting my nails she had to explain to me why she was scraping the polish off my nails. Went here because it's super close to my house and I was very impressed. They got me right in on a Sunday at noon which i would think would be a busier time. I had a pedicure and the guy that I had really massaged my leg and feet and used a really awesome smelling lavender scrub too. For only $30 with the scrub I will definitely be back!! Read Less

Went here for the first time and had a very bad experience. First the foot basin doesn't look very clean. Next during my pedicure, the young guy who was working on my feet cut my nail all the way down without my permission which gave me a shape I didn't want (curved but I like square shape). While exfoliating my feet with the sharp file he turned to talk to the worker next to him and cut me badly on my big toe. I was bleeding a lot and he then tried to apply some sort of green solution on my open wound without asking me for my allergies. They didn't have a first aid kit and when the owner came to help he tried to handle my wound with no gloves! It took awhile to stop the bleeding. The manger tried to rectify the situation and finished the work but I was left with a very bad pedicure with different shaped nails and no apology until I stated no one had​ apologized for this issue. Went there last minute with my sister in law. They were very busy that they over booked on appointments (we were walk ins) they already had my sister in law in the chair removing polish then 10min in moved a chair next to me and she sat there with unfinished nails for about 15min. Then got them done so fast came home and her polish already started to chip. I had a full set of acrylics which I am willing to pay for anything as long as it's good. I wanted removal of my old acry...lics ($5) and a whole new set which is $25 they wanted to charge me an extra $5 for a "coffin shape" I have never ever heard of a nail salon charging extra for a nail shape. So I just got square nails because apparently that's not extra. Overall my nails were decent just seemed very rushed & they just seem to charge for anything they can get out of you, and they had one unsatisfied client next to us as well she didn't get what she asked for. This place was so much better when it was on by the previous owners who sold the salon less than a year ago I got a full set of nails by the previous owner and I went for my first fill 2 weeks ago. The polish came off the first day with the no chip so I had to go back. They ruined my new set by filing some of my nails too narrow and two nails completely Slainted. I also had a pedicure and it hurt. He stabbed me with the clippers twice. I will not return and will go back to the woman who used to own this salon. She rocks every time with no issues. Read Less

I'd love to find a nail place that is consistent. This place is not. I was referred by a friend, went, and Ben did a good job. Second time, someone else did alright, and today was the final time I'll go. The pedicure was barely done, the massage was the best part. There was no scrubbing on any of the rough spots. Then the no chip fill, HORRIBLE! She completely cut off my thumb nails, telling me people don't need to look at them. Kept getting polish all over me, and layered it on so thick they look horrible. I'm not the only one who was treated poorly, as i can see from the other customer that has rated this salon 1 star as well. I've came here before but this once I did not like the result of my nails. They were crooked , polish was lumpy& patchy and nails were different lengths. When i let them know they blamed me for not noticing before but as i recall THEY are the experts. I went to relax and enjoy myself as most of us do. After continuing the disagreement i asked for a refun...d then i was told to follow them outside the salon. Very disrespectful, embarrassing and unprofessional. I was as quiet as i could have been ,not making a scene so they could have spoke to me in the salon. Will never go back after they overcharged me for my services and when I went back in the get my money back argued with me in front of clients & insisted that I have gel nails, when I have acrylic. Very unprofessional! And for the record there is no such thing as powdered gel nails! Gel nails are just that, gel! Read Less
