I got my no chip nails done on Monday and by Tuesday I had broken a nail and chipped other ones and all I did that day was watch a baseball game. Nothing active. I got my nails done here for my trip to Miami. Less than 24hrs later my rinestones had completely fallen off so I had to go to another shop to get them put back on pressed for time. I got a no chip pedicure and of course after 2 days my toe nail had chipped already! While on my trip I had 1 nail completely break off and another half way break! Extremely Poor quality work . Most nail salons I have visited open a new “kit” from a sealed package when they have a new client. This place did not. From my observation I can only assume the next person to get a pedicure will get the same tools I got. To clean them, they were “soaked” in the foot bowl I soaked my feet in whole I got my nails painted. Ewww! My daughter and I went on the 17th of March for the first time. She got a fill and I got a full set of acrylic. One of hers broke the next day. I asked for almond shape and it was $5 more. She was on the phone the whole time. My nails are crooked and I have one starting to come off. I even had to take the file from her (nicely) and fix it myself because apparently she couldn't! I have gone to this place for years and never had a worse experience than today. Thus my two star rating. First off, the lady I had (she's new) was talking about my race (although I'm only half Indian) to another employee saying rude things when I asked her to fix my nails. She was very aggressive with how she handled my hands and did my nails. Not only did I walk out of there with cut nail beds from the tools they file your nail with but with a messy job from the acrylic powder as well. She had an opinion about everything I said, from the color I chose to my hairstyle in comparison to my sisters that were there. Most likely will not be returning, sad to say. Update: Went back a week later after three of my nails snapped off to complain. Got them taken off for free, but left me there sitting with my nails soaking for 30 min only to have to go up to then and they said they forgot about me...definitely done with this place. Read Less

I stopped at this place to get my Pedi done, the lady who did my nails firstly filled my nails too short, my toes looked horrible. After that was done I asked the receptionist If they did Half legs waxing and she said yes she will do it, it was the same lady that did my pedi was going to do my waxing too!! I went with her in the back of the shop she said take a seat and started taking out her tools, mind u it's a chair behind a curtain like how unprofessional I said is there a room? She said no this is it, she started anyway and because I was 8 months pregnant I didn't want to drive around looking for another place to do it. She started waxing and believe me she had no skills what's so ever, she peeled my skin of several times called another staff member to help her and then on top started yelling in her language to some other staff member, I was so annoyed and felt like I was getting my waxing down in some really cheap place when I could have easily afford to just go somewhere nice! I than Told her to stop because my legs were burning, she said fine but u pay me in full, despite her ruining my legs she demanded a full charge! I was disgraced. I paid and she turned her face and walked off! How rude! Worst ever place for anything to be honest!! 1 weeks post to my waxing my skins burnt and has purple marks and scab all over them. This place is consistently bad. I've tried them 3-4 times now. My nails were butchered removing a gel mani twice. This time I tried a regular mani and I have streaky nails and polish on my cuticles. The instruments were all being reused from prior customers also. Never again. Read Less

I've  been going here for a few months now but recently made a change. My nails continually looked awful after just a week. Can't seem to continually pay $40 each time I go in, when I'm having to repay for broken nails that should have lasted weeks and the place is just dirty. Takes two seconds to wipe down  your area, yet every time I walk in everyone is too busy on their iPads/Phones. Terrible! Wish I had read these reviews before I picked this place because of convenience. First off, the lady doing my nails was on her phone half the time she was working on my nails! So rude. Then not even 2 days after I got my no-chip, one peels off in full. The next day, my nail broke because she buffed my nails to short and they were flimsy, then the paint peeled off. I needed a mani and my fav salon isn't open Sunday, so I came here. Big mistake. Stay away from this salon. Horrible service, rude employees, and shoddy work. Had a simple manicure and couldn't even tell. Cuticles still looked bad the next day. I couldn't even understand the technician who was wearing a thick mask over her mouth, and sounded very muffled. They barely can communicate. If you want to relax and walk out with a manicure you're happy with and that lasts, do not come here. Instead, you'll be annoyed with all the chatter between employees, their rude service, and subpar quality. The place looks messy and dirty. I'm here in town only for a couple of days and needed to get my nails done. I like my nails to look natural, Cindy did a great job! Too bad I live in Virginia!!!***$45 is worth the price for nails that don't chip and last 3-4 weeks. Not to be confused with shellac or gel (no chip). Can I give it 0? My friend and I went in there for a no chip manicure.  The place is DIRTY and not that friendly.  It does not have proper ventilation, therefore if you dont want to inhale all the fumes - STAY AWAY! My no-chip ... that's another story.  Manicure was sloppy, done super fast to rush me out of there and the color is almost see through.  I was never asked if I like it or should they do another coat! Furthermore, no-chip is $30, plus take off of polish is $5... with a tip you are in for $40  ... WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY. In summary, save your money and go to PURE NAILS down the street. Read Less

She ensured a great manicure and the price was a little more than I usually pay for back home, but we will see how long this manicure lasts. It could improve on some cleanliness and sanitary things. I'm acually really surprised with how many bad review are on here. But my experience was great. It was nice relaxing. I got a mani and pedi for 34$. I went as a walk in, & they took me as soon as I got there. I am only giving 4 stars but the reason for the minus 1 star is the women doing my nails knew absolutely no English, the water temp for pedicure was super hott, & the towel they put on ur long was soooooo hot! Great if your looking for a quick manicure for a good price. I wouldn't say to expect a lot of luxury, but it gets the job done.  My nails look pretty good,  and there wasn't a long wait for a Saturday. I had the lady at station 4. This place fucking sucks!!!!! 0 stars if there was an option!! I came here because i had no time to go to my regular nail salon because it closes at 7..i walked in and all the tables and pedi chairs were full..but they didnt make me wait long..i wanted a pedicure and a no chip (already had no chip on). The pedicure was mediocre. .but the lady that did my no chip was HORRIBLE!! 1. she used a DREMMEL drill to file my no chip off! 2. she didnt soak it off long enough! 3. It was a 5 dollar extra charge for removal which wasnt a problem.She kept drilling and buffing..buffing and drilling. .i asked her "why dont u use a nail file"? She says its too slow. Im really not the type to bitch a person out..but i really shouldve said something to her! When i go to my regular place they NEVER EVER have to use a fucking DREMMEL drill! Just a plain file! I'm never coming here ever again!!! Oh not to mention she chased me down the mall because she forgot to add that extra 5 dollars! This run down nail chop shop next to Nordstrom is old as dirt and super ghetto, but I am fascinated by the fact that my OPI pedicure has lasted for 5 plus weeks and counting with no signs of chipping. In these past 5 weeks, I've walked barefoot on sandy beaches, tottered around in pointy high heels in concrete cities, ran a bunch and wore sandals constantly. Most pedis last about 2 weeks for me under those high foot stress conditions, so 5+ weeks is unheard of and a virtual miracle. The ladies here are funny if you engage them, but I'm still not allowing them to use a Microplane cheese grater (!!!?!) on my heels. When I come back I'll need to close my eyes when other girls let the nail techs Microplane them though (shudder). PS my sister said she prayed when she learned from me what a Microplane was in the middle of her "treatment." Now I know what to get her for Christmas. Read Less
