Today my daughter, granddaughter and I decided to go to Diva to get our nails and toes done. I have been going here off and on for many years now. It's been a few years thou since I have been there because my nail tech Kathy left. When i walked in today low and behold there was kathy!! Yay!! I was so very happy to see her and she recognized me immediately. Diva is very clean and all the tools they use are all sanitized and wrapped up! This is a great friendly and clean nail salon. Savina did an amazing job with my ombre dipping in light blue /white color yesterday. Last time before my vacation she did my French, and it lasted me the whole 3 week vacation, and more. All the staff is really friendly and always trying to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I just moved back home after being away for college and was struggling to find a salon that had good, friendly, service. I have been to 5 different salons since being home that I won’t return to because I didn’t feel comfortable there. But as soon as I walked in to Diva Nails, I was welcomed with a genuine smile and great service. She didn’t rush my nails, she checked to make sure they were even several times, and made genuine conversation with me instead of just gossiping with coworkers (like most nail salons). She asked me about my great grandmothers ring I was wearing and seemed to really be interested when I told the story behind it. Great service and my nails look beautiful! 100% recommend this place! This is a great place to get nails done! The staff is always nice, and they take their time to make all nails look great.I love the deluxe pedicure. It is super relaxing, and the chairs give a great massage. There are a ton of different polishes to choose from, and the special designs you can get look beautiful.The salon is a bit cramped, and you need an appointment most weekends, or you'll be waiting forever. The last time I was there, I had an appointment and still had to wait an hour for my pedicure. It is still worth the wait. Read Less

Very nice. Great color selection. I had issues with my no chip nails drying. And although one was redone, i had the other nail completely peel off and had to go to another salon to get it fixed. Maybe something was wrong with the polish but i dont know. Read Less

Diva Nails provides good nail and waxing services. I've been going for over a year and have not had a bad experience. Marianna used to do my nails but she had a baby :) so now Tina and Savina do my nails, they do a really good job. I get a pointy almond shape and Savina is an expert at this shape! She also does her own nails and keeps her nails in the same shape. I only let Lisa wax my eyebrows, she takes her time and has never taken to much off or made them too thin. My gel pedicures take an hour and my gel manicures take about 45 minutes.I always make an appointment because they get really busy after 3pm M-F and are always busy on the weekends. If you have a specific need or request talk it over with the owners and they will guide you to the right technician. **Most IMPORTANTLY** they work really hard and usually work 10+ hour days, 6 days a week. So, when the sign says they close at 8pm, don't walk in after 7pm for a service because they will stay to service you. They have families at home and also deserve to leave work on time like the rest of us. Read Less

My no chip manicure from Diva Nail Salon was pretty subpar. Here's why:-it was pretty rushed -half the reason I get manicures is because I tend to pick at the skin around my nails and a nice, new manicure helps me to avoid doing that. He did not remove the skin around my nails so it does not look very cleaned up. -there was nail polish on the backs of multiple fingers -a few nails were rigid and were not filed properly -he only put a TINY amount of lotion on and it was not enough so my hands left the salon very coarse. While I'm aware that this review is pretty nitpicky and most of these things aren't that big of a deal to most people, I just think that since there are nail salons EVERYWHERE, it may be worth just trying somewhere else instead. Went in on a Saturday at around 2 pm and they were really slammed so one of the employees begged for me to come back at 4 pm which I was completely fine with. When I did come back at 4, I was told that they are closing soon and that I need to come back tomorrow. I told the woman that one of the women told me to come back at this time otherwise I would have waited! She said sorry and that she can't do anything for me and to come back tomorrow. I've had a no chip done before here and they did a good job but honestly with that kind of terrible treatment I will never step foot in this place ever again. Read Less

I've been looking for a salon that does the powder dip polish, I found a blurb on a review here in yelp so I called. I was able to get in that day with Savina. She was wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly and did a fantastic job with the dip manicure! I'm looking forward to trying out other services here. Read Less

I just got my nails done here for the first time today and they were great! Friendly staff, clean, and I appreciated that the workers all wore gloves. I had Mariana and she was so gentle and did a great job. She filed my nails the shape I like and didn't glob on the nail polish like the place I went previously. Such a great experience!! I've been looking for a new nail salon for months, and I think I finally found it! Great service, attentive techs, I had Tiffany & 10/10 would recommend if you go ask for her. She's funny, sweet, and did a brilliant job! The only reason I wouldn't give this place 5 stars is I saw someone else have a male tech who did not do such a great job. This is my favorite, and only, nail place to come to. Reasons…- The atmosphere is very comfortable. When I walk in, I feel like I’m with family. I can sit and relax. I can chat with my girl Tiffany. Or I can simply watch that very nice big screen TV. The lighting is perfect and so is the temperature. Also the massage chairs are to die for. The only sad part is I can’t take one home with me or stay in the one there forever lol.- There is always a great selection of nail polish. I like that there is always something new for me to choose from. I really like the Pirates of the Caribbean colors! I also am a huge fan of Crackle. I also hear the no-chip polish is fantastic. I have yet to try it though. - The area outside is always clean and in close distance to dining areas if you feel like a little lunch or dinner afterwards to treat yourself and maybe a friend. Even though it’s off a main road, it’s surprisingly quiet. It’s also super easy to find and there is always a good parking spot waiting for me. - The thing I love most is that you always get what you ask for. I always ask for my nails to be really short. I can’t really function with long nails. They always do a great job of painting my nails and making sure I don’t have any smudges or extra nail polish on my cuticles or fingers. They never let me walk out looking tore up. They are all super friendly. They always greet me by my name and ask how I’m doing. It’s nice they go the extra mile to know their customers and really become a friend. When I walk out, my nails are always to my liking and perfection. - I also love the fact that if I mess a nail up the same day (which happens often because I’m a klutz) I can go back in and they will fix it for me for no charge. Also I feel I can be honest and they will respect what I want and they respect the customer is always right. One time I got French tips and the time before I really didn’t like the top coat because within a week my nails kind of looked yellow instead of white. I mentioned this to Tiffany and she responded with kindness and immediately got me something else that was super great. No yellowing that time forward.
