Love this gem of a place tucked away in a corner! Kim does an amazing job and always takes her time doing nails. Their deluxe pedicure is comforting and well worth the extra few dollars, my feet were in heaven when I left. They always take the time weather it is a few minutes before close or well before close to do an exceptional job. Love this place ! It's my new favorite, out of town nail salon! We flew in from Los Angeles b/c my mom decided to break both legs snowmobiling last month and needed someone to take care of her.We took my mom here for a Valentine's Day present, to help boost her spirits, during this painful healing process. Sometimes a girl just needs her  nails did, to make you feel like a human again, and it  worked ! Not only can they do fabulous nails but they did such a wonderful handling my mom w 2 broken legs ! They were gentle and extremely understanding. The owner was here both times we visited and she remember my mom, when we all 3 came in for a spa day!! We were nervous, mom wasn't gonna be able to get a pedicure w the broken legs and neuropathy, in her right leg. Again, they were extremely understanding, patient and gentle w handling mom to the pedi chair and then switching her, when that chair wasn't comfortable enough for her. Everyone's friendly here. Took my daughter to get her first full set here- not a good experience. The nails were not filed correctly so that there was gunk on the sides that needed to be filed down but was not. The polish application was not on the whole nail. I had to point out where more polish was needed. The polish did not dry very well and I told the guy it was the cheap polish. It messed up a couple of times. He said "you pay more" for better polish, um no! You don't use cheap products!!!!! I paid the same as I would have paid for OPI products. After a half hour of trying a fan and then a light to dry the nails we had to leave...and the nails were still not completely dry. Again, a responsible owner would not offer old, cheap polish as he stated it was. Read Less

Terrible customer service. Try Mario Tricocci in Libertyville; much better. My husband and I wanted a pedicure. We walked and no one greeted us. There was a sign on the door that read "walk ins welcome". None of the staff let us know whether or not we would need to wait. They just ignored us. No wonder there were only 2 customers there. Great service. Went in for pre-vacation pedicure for grandma, mom and daughter. They were able to accommodate the 3 of us and when my daughter smeared her nail design, The girl noticed and came over and redid it for her. Very nice and clean salon. Read Less

Best part about a nail salon is a quiet one. Very nice staff who was really attentive to my choices. Went on a weekday before a trip to Vegas and it was really nice to go in and it was quiet and not overbearing. I will be going back for my mani/pedi fixes! Clean salon with friendly staff. They have a Rewards card which is a nice touch. First time here, very happy with my pedicure and would not hesitate to go back or recommend to friends.
