I would not recommend this salon because the owners Danny and Nancy are only welcoming and respectfull when you are a new client or a walk in but once you become a regular client they don’t care anymore to accomadate you. Whenever you call to make an appointment there is always a problem and Danny is very unpleasant over the phone. They don’t treat their regular clients with care and satisfaction. Read Less

I was going there for just under a year. During that time I had alot of stomach issues. I would have to cancel alot. Even thou most of the times I didn't give them a reason why. None of their business. I did make sure that I called them first thing in the morning. Now I can't help if Danny's staff didnt tell him. The reason why I stopped going was, I made an appointment with Danny and the person who answered the phone was Cindy. So I told her that I would like appt for 3:30 she said that was fine. I’d been getting my nails done here for the past few months and was always impressed. However, I was disappointed when they turned me away today during REGULAR HOURS saying they were ‘closed’ when in reality, they just wanted to go home early. I wanted to get a fill in and a pedicure. super clean, very friendly and always on time when I make appointments, even when its busy. I can't tell you how many times I've been to salons that make me wait for an appointment I made. I've been to a decent amount of nail salons in the suburbs and I think this is a great one!I always go with Danny Jr. but the rest of the team is great, they give incredible pedicures as well.Great salon to get some nail designs done, they are in tune with the newest colors and trends which I really appreciate. This was my first visit to Miami nails and I LOVED it! The deluxe pedicure included a scrub, mask, hot towel, massage, and paraffin wax. Judy was wonderful! So attentive and made sure everything was good for me. Prices are reasonable and staff is great.I'll definitely be back! Read Less

I've been looking for a new nail salon since we moved here a year ago. I was always disappointed so kept driving the half hour to my old town. I found Miami nails on Yelp, and decided to give them a try! I will definitely be making this my new spot! I had a pedicure and it was super relaxing and my feet look and feel great! I have been here multiple times but today was very disappointing. Had an appointment and I sat there for 35 minutes before they started my pedicure. Then, I upgraded to the deluxe pedicure and it was extremely rushed. Less than 30 minutes start to finish. The woman next to me had a regular pedicure and hers was longer...I will be taking my business elsewhere since I paid more and got less. If you are going to rush your services because it's a Saturday then perhaps you shouldn't take appointments or hire more staff to accommodate. Read Less

Amazing! Best customer service I've experienced in a long time! Rediculous awesome Deluxe spa pedicure! Warm sugar scrub, paraffin wax, and leg mask wrapped in a hot towel! Nochip as well! I'm not a big fan of pedicures overall, mainly because I am always super paranoid about cleanliness, but I really liked this place. They use bags for the basins, and put them on in front of you and then remove yours while you're still there. They did a great job, and have a nice variety of colors for nails. My husband and I went in for pedicures and it was a wonderful experience. The Owner Danny was very very nice and friendly as were the other staff members. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Spectacular staff! So patient and kind! Salon decor was inviting and super cute. The massage chairs omg 😲 lasted the ENTIRE pedicure not just 15 minutes.
