I come here often for waxing and pedicures. I think they do a great job and work hard! They always try to accommodate people when they are busy! Some people need to learn how to be patient with them. Was just here and I am not impressed. I went in for eyebrow waxing and as soon as I stepped in they were already acting like I was inconveniencing them. The two workers were giving manicures, but eyebrow waxing is a walk in service so they cannot get mad when a walk in requests the service. Anyways the older woman working told me to sit in the chair and she will be with me in a bit. I sat down and once she got to me she aggressively grabbed the chair I was in and spun it around and told me to sit up. Great customer service skills (not). She then quickly started waxing my eyebrows. The whole process was rushed and I could tell she was annoyed with me from the beginning for just being there. After I went to the register to pay she told me that card was not accepted for anything that was under $10. I have been coming here for 5 years just to get my eyebrows down and this has never been a thing. I told her I have no cash and she then said that she would have to charge my card $10. The service was originally $7 so she gave herself a $3 tip... I was very annoyed and she could care less. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOUR EXPECTING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A FRIENDLY STAFF. Owners changed hands. Not too happy with my no chip at all. The girl did not know what she was doing. It has been 2 days and the polish is chipping on several nails. I said she was putting it on too thin. It did not matter. I think it is time to go elsewhere. Time has passed and I went again. The service is extreemly better. I woud recommend this establishment. Regal Nails is in Wal-Mart.  I have been to others and had good experiences.  I had gel nails done before a wedding.  The nails were adequate but the salon was filthy.  I can't imagine the last time the floor was thoroughly mopped.  There was dirt on the nail stand fronts.  The stations were not wiped down between clients.  The technicians wore neither gloves or masks.  I was not impressed I will not be back to this one. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Awful!! Nails chipped the day after, even with a GEL manicure. We were looking for a place that was open on Mother's Day and this shop said they could get us in right away. I did not realize they were in Wal-Mart until we were already there but figured we would give them a shot. Both Mother and I got mani/pedi's w/ the mani's being gel. Not only did they make us wait 30 mins after they said we could get right in. Both my mother and my nails chipped within minutes of leaving the salon. HUGE MAJOR RIP OFF! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I get acrylic done here sometimes.  I like that I can walk in and always get fit in the schedule pretty quickly (I'm bad with appts.).  The longest I have had to wait is 20 min, but that is not what usually happens.  Tina does my nails and she does a good job.  This location is inside the Rockton Wal-Mart.
