Very clean and modern. They do a great job. I used to bite my nails for many years. Wawa has been taking care of them and now you can't even tell I used to bite them. I love when I get a pedicure. I went here for a while and liked the service, however I became uncomfortable with the guys blatantly suggesting I need a "companion." When my no chip came off in 2 days I didn't even go back to get it fixed due to the unprofessionalism. Went here to get my nails done before my Bachelorette Party...decided to go with a gel manicure. I was blown away with the various color options. I am from New York so this is not my everyday nail salon. New York has some competition with Orchid Nails! I was impressed with the friendly staff, cleanliness, and overall quality of work! Nice clean place. Longer than usual leg massage with a pedicure. Only disappointment is they didn't clean the lotions off good so polish started to flake off in 3 days. Normally other places it lasts 3 weeks. Read Less

Felt very uncomfortable when I was approached to add on to my pedicure. Sugar scrub was suggested and also a manicure. The pedicure was just okay. I will not go back. Too pushy and employees just lingering around looking at their phones. Loud and not relaxing. Read Less

Been going to Orchid nails since it was Venus nails. Once they get to know you and gain your business, Bebe and Wawa are great customer service owners. Lots of complaints. After having a pedicure while at the nail station, I noticed 3 other ladies having their legs massaged and hot towels put on them. I did not get that. I was asked if I wanted sparkly instead of plain white on my tips. I immediately asked if it cost more to which I was told no. Time to pay, I was charged $85. When a client sits down in the chair they should verify the cost. When I asked why it was so much, I was told because u wanted the sparkly white. Come on, really!!! So sneaky and not a good way to run a buisness.  So not cool. To top it off when I got home, I could feel rough spots all over my nails. Not impressed at all! I had an appointment for a no-chip manicure last Thursday. First off, I waited for 45 minutes for them to have an open chair (what??).  By day 5 (Tuesday), the edges of most of my nails were popping up and one had completely fallen off. By day 6, five had fallen off so I (very easily) took off the rest. I will never go back to this place again. Read Less

I have been here 2 times now. The first time my mom set up an appointment for me to have a pedicure and a manicure done as a present to me. I got there a few min before my appointment. I waited 30 min before I was able to get my pedicure started. I loved all the scrub options and the lady who did my nails was nice and funny. However, I never got my manicure. I left because I did want to wait and they were booked. The second time I went was for a mother/daughter date. I called ahead and go a 4pm appointment for a pedicure. We got there a little before 4 and got checked in. We picked out our colors and sat there waiting. A lady who came in 10 min after us was seated in a chair before us. 35 min had passed and my daughter was over waiting and just started to not feel well and I was upset our date was ruined. I got up and that is when they noticed us and said we're here for a pedicure. I said yes but we are leaving. I felt it was bad customer service to have us wait that long when we made an appointment. They also never checked in on us to let us know if it would be another 10 min or so because they were waiting for two chairs to open at the same time. Definitely a place to come try! It'll be your new spot.The shop is on its own lot and has plenty of parking! The prices are great for the quality of the work. They have a large variety of colors for regular polish as well as for gel. They offer gel pedicures too! Read Less
