I decided to take my daughter and niece to get pedicures. We called and asked if we could all 3 get in, last minute, and they got us right in! Jayden was my nail tech and he did a phenomenal job on my nails. He mentioned me getting chrome but failed to explain pricing. Although I should have asked I didn’t expect it to be much. Nancy did a great job on my pedicure. But to say my total was $97 and I went in for a fill just got chrome as extra was definitely too expensive. The most I have ever spend on nails. Best pedicures! I’ve never been a repeat customer for pedicures anywhere because I’ve always felt rushed, hardly any massage and service providers more into talking amongst themselves rather than focused on the quality of service. Not here! I’ve been back twice and will continue to get my pedis here. Great experience. Quality polish application that stays on and doesn’t chip. Highly recommend. I have been a customer at this salon for over a year. While the nail services have been ok, I am very upset that one thing keeps reoccurring...I take the time to call days ahead to make an appointment with the technician I want on the date and time that works for me...when I go in at my appt time, that person is not available. Walk-in customers are being assigned to technicians without looking to see if there is already an appointment. I work full-time and I can't wait around. That's why I make appointments days in advance. This has happened so many times, and again today. I don't think I will visit this establishment again. Read Less

My first experience was great and this review had 5 stars and now I will NEVER comeback again! I made my appointment last week for myself and my friend and when I went in they didn't even have me there so the girl at the front desk said it must have been a mistake. She still told me to pick my color and that Jennifer would be with me shortly. Around 1:15 the "manager" approaches me in a accusatory manner "You never made an appointment with Jennifer" I explained to her my ap...pointment was made on January 27 for today Feb 5th at 1pm, I even showed her my call log on my phone. My favorite phrase she said was "What do you want me to do? I can't split her in two". I was never rude to her. The manager never apologized. As a business how dare you try to run MY time along with yours asking me to come back later or get someone else instead of accommodating me, the client who used to love your salon. I looked over and Jennifer started working on the other client without apologizing to me either. So I walked off and I don't recommend this place anymore! This is the most inconsistent place I have ever been to. I've been to the salon at Hughes Landing about six times. 2 out of the 6 were good. I just had the sloppiest refill ever. I have powder and glue all over my hands. My nails are crooked and uneven. If you choose to go just know it's gamble. I will preface by saying that I love the Venetian Nails at Vintage Park, so I was looking forward to stopping in at the new Hughes Landing location for a quick eye brow wax before heading over to Pure Barre. Well, I guess I was invisible that day because I stood at the front desk for 5-10 minutes without being greeted or even made eye contact with! Needless to say, I did not stay as my eyebrows were not going to wax themselves.
