Normally I have had great service however I was there yesterday afternoon around 3:30pm and the gentleman who did my pedicure and manicure was not good. The water was cold, normally they put hot towels on your legs and he did not. Also he did not clean under my toes or under my fingernails. It is sad because I really liked this place. Read Less

I've given this place a few 2nd chances, but after today I will never be going back and I'm writing this to help others. Not only was I treated so rudely, but their color choices are terrible, they hurt my feet during my pedicure, it looks bad and my no chip looks horrible. All I wanted was for either a light pink or a dark color to match on my toes and hands. They couldn't help me. They argued with me and my nails ended up looking worse than they would have if I tried to do it myself. This was the first time in my life that I left a nail salon without tipping. This Nail Spa was GREAT! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and asked what I needed done. Once I picked out my colors, I was seated for my pedicure. The massage chair is AWESOME! The lady working on asked if I needed anything to drink and ensured I was comfortable then she began on my pedicure/leg and foot massage, which was very relaxing( I had to keep myself from falling asleep, it was that good). I was able to stay on the same area to get my manicure, which I thought was convenient. During the manicure she massage my hands and wrist (also AWESOME!) . Let me add this shop is clean and organized and plenty of tvs to keep you entertained. Awful customer service. I have never waited so long for a regular manicure in a nail salon before. I came in the day after Christmas knowing it would be a slow day. There were about three clients and four employees. I waited 45min for a manicure and in the meantime a customer that walked in after me with a chipped "no chip" was serviced before me. Once my manicure was finished, it was only about five minutes after I sat down to dry them when the owner/manager came and told me I can leave because my nails were dry. Had a very bad experience got my nails done buy a lady I've never had before and they have air bubbles and paint even got on my skin..it looks like a little kid did them plus they kept pushing me to get a no chip and I didn't want a no chip and I picked out the colors I wanted and the lady put them back and when I said I didn't want no chip she got a attitude and snared at me and the guy who I think is manager came over to see what was going on  and I explained to him and she rolled her eyes because she had to go find the colors that I took my time to pick out..since I waited 40 mins even though I had a appointment at 5 and didn't get started till 540...WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Sorry to have to leave this review, but I won't be going back.1) Ladies, it's time we demand more of a nail shop. Seriously. 2) the decor and building are nice but that's about it.3) I paid for an upgraded pedicure and it honestly was not worth $25. The Nail polish was gooey and my tech made no attempt to fix it. I asked for a very particular simple nail repair and out of laziness they did not do. The massage during both my mani n pedi was not a massage and was an offense to me4) attitude of my nail tech was horrible. It was the most stressful time of my day and I work hard! Despite the bad reviews i decided to give them a chance since they were the closest to me.... Ps: I shouldn't have.. i got a pedicure and a no chip.. on neither of them did they clean the cuticles right. The guy didnt polish the tip of my toes completely. Trust me. This is by far the worst nail salon I have been to. My mother, sister and I went to get a full set of acrylics and a pedicure done. Not only was the staff super rude when they constantly screamed at each other in another language, but they also tried to over charge us by claiming we that got gel nails done when in reality we did not. I have gotten both gel and acrylics done multiple times and would be able to know the difference. When we calmly told the manager that we got charge incorrectly all the employees started screaming at each other in Vietnamese and the manager lady came up to me and told me that it is my mistake that I didn't communicate with the lady doing my nails and that they should charge me double for trying to lie about what services I had done. The lady that did my nails was shouting loudly too and it was very frustrating. Not to mention that the nail polish from the pedicure chipped within a few hours. I have been going to this place on and off for the past 8 months and have never been really happy with my end results..the only reason I kept going back was because it is he closest to my work so I go on my lunch break..I just left and it WILL be the last time..First of all, all my nails are completely different lengths and shapes. (I've attaced a photo) Completely crooked!!!!! I asked for SUPER SQUARE..not even close..Second, they took my middle nail off and instead of replacing it, did an overlay...my real nail was not nearly long enough to make up for the length of my other nails..On top of that..they file them extremely thin..to the point where the acrylic chips off and the nails lift constantly..No matter how many times ive asked them to make them thicker..they just don't! I am so angry that this lady let me leave the salon with this terrible work..Not to mention I ALWAYS tip $10 on a $15 fill in (even though today was $19 for some reason) I will take my business (& tips) elsewhere and I suggest you do the same!! I actually like that they do my Mani/Pedi at the same time, as it saves time and I'm not spending 2 hours at a nail place. Jenny is my go-to lady, as she is thorough and super friendly! No chip manicures last about 3 weeks for me! Also go see Nancy for Pedicures- she is the best! Read Less

To be fair I have been there three time and two time was average once the wait was long but it was a busy day. Last weekend I was there first thing in the morning the pedicure was perfect however the no chip and dip process was the worst experience I have ever had. My fingers were burning the tech drilled my nails multiple times attempting to correct what she had don to my nails and in the end it was still terrible. I've seen them do mani/pedis at the same time before, as other reviewers mentioned, but had never experienced that myself until this most recent visit. I usually like to read a book or continue working on my phone as I'm usually there on my lunch break from work. When you have two people working on you at the same time, it makes relaxation impossible.I decided to go with the "deluxe" pedicure which is supposed to include a sugar scrub. The "scrub" was anything but a scrub. It was put on my legs and left there, with zero rubbing or exfoliating and then just rinsed off. The massages are about 90 seconds long and leave a lot to be desired. I have come here MANY times before and have always paid my tips in cash, but this time I realized too late that I was a bit short on cash. I asked if I could put it on the card (as many other places allow you to do) and was told "absolutely not." That I can use the ATM that charged a $2.50 fee just to tip in cash. It's upsetting because this place is walk-able from my office, so the convenience is huge, but I will NOT be returning! Read Less

This is the worst place ever. I do not recommend it. It was not worth my time or money at all. I was supposed to get pink chrome nails but they made my nails all gray, lumpy, too long, and the lady didn't even bother to clean up the nail polish stains on my fingers. There are also air bubbles in my nails. They knew I was disgusted with the way they turned out bit they didn't even try to fix them. Instead, they blamed it on the base color I chose... If I could give -5 stars I would. Starting off there wasn't much people in this place so I got taken in 5 minutes. My friend had to wait 25 minutes because they started working on the other people that came in after (and they were walk ins as well) . Then the man that works there kept roughly filing my nails which made me bleed. He moved me to Nancy, She charged me 5 dollars more just for doing a specific kind of shape. Once she sent me to wash my hands she grabbed my card and charged me, without consenting me. Then my friend went to the same man and he cut two nails and told her to move somewhere else. She wanted a specific kind of color change but they were going to charge 15 dollars more than the original price. The Lady who did her nails WAS VERY RUDE AND HAD ATTITUDE. She rushed her nails and didn't even send my friend to wash her hands. Her nails came out looking like a 5 year old painted them. Their no chip manicures can last almost 3 weeks for me and I work in the restaurant industry so I'm constantly washing my hands, constantly. The only time they don't last is if you get a glittery color, but I've found that those don't last no matter where you get them done. Friendly staff, quick to get you in. So pissed off with my nails I had good half an inch Long nail's I told the lady to cut down a little bit she did then I told her to cut down a little more. Half my nail length is gone. Hi point out to nails that are not even she retouches my whole hand now two different ones aren't even she adjusts the whole hand again now at this point my nails are getting shorter. I've come to this place for years but in the last year or so I've left unsatisfied most times and have decided to look for a new place. If you want a relaxing pedicure or manicure this is not the place to go. Often times they do your manicure and pedicure at the same time, which is not relaxing at all, just to get you out faster. This would be fine if you requested it because you were in a hurry but when I come to a nail salon, I expect better. One of the most annoying things is that they tell you the wait is 10 minutes but its almost always at least 30-40. i understand if I walk in without an appointment that you might not be able to get me in but it's really irritating that you lie about wait times. I have gotten up and left more than once because I was told 10 minute wait and 40 minutes later I'm still waiting. I don't appreciate being lied to just to try to get me to stay. The massage for the pedicures are always pretty much non existent. That's part of getting a pedicure, right? Once I even asked before hand how long the massage was and the guy told me 10 minutes and only that time was it more than normal (normally its around 2- I have watched the clock more than once). I came here a few months ago with my maid of honor and mom before my wedding and was embarrassed by the lack of relaxation there was. I wanted to treat them to getting their nails done and enjoying the pedicure and manicure but both of them (and me) were incredibly disappointed. We ha appointments and after waiting 30 minutes, my entire pedicure lasted 18 minutes (massage was 2- not exaggerating at all). Tht was the last time I went to this place and ill never go again. Absolutely horrible. Asked for a no chip with a design which was just a straight line going across my nails. They used a sticker which came off almost immediately. She used so much glue and top coat to try and keep it on. It ended up looking so clumpy and stayed on for only a day. The polish chipped within a week! I was told the powered dip they used would last for 3 weeks. After 2 weeks I went back to have it taken off. And they wanted to charge me full price! The girl even had the nerve to ask for a tip! I am from Orlando and am currently here on business. I wanted to get my nails done and this was the closest salon to my hotel. I was waited on by Wee (forgive me if I spell his name wrong). He was fantastic. He asked me exactly how I wanted my nails done asked clarifying questions to make sure I was happy throughout the process. Save your nails and time and go to Simply Nails or Toe Paradise down the road. This establishment has immensely decreased in customer service in the past year. I have been a customer since the opening and for some reason I came back after having my no-chip peel off the 3 days after and had my layers of my nail torn off along with bleeding cuticles during an acrylic removal. Today, I walked in asking for a full set acrylic set and right away they tried up-selling me with a pedicure or a gel over-lay and I politely declined their offers. I wash my hands and sit down. The woman doing my nails began to sneeze into her hands and continued with my nails. She asked what shape I wanted and I showed her a picture of some squared off nails and she claimed that it was $5 extra. Never in my life have I ever been to a salon where they charge extra for squared off nails. I asked why and she hesitantly claimed "because it took more time".  When I went to pay I grabbed one of the brochures that they have up front and no where does it state that they have an add on charge for nail shapes. The manager comes in and begins to argue with me for a good 5 minutes and then becomes aggressive and rips the brochure from my hands and walks away. Read Less

I went with 2 other co-workers during lunch and we were accosted with rude up-sell suggestions. It was difficult for us to chat among one another as the staff shouted to each other across the room. Came here with my daughter on a Saturday afternoon.  A friend highly recommended this place.  It's very nice inside.  Don't expect a great massage with their chairs.  I barely felt the rollers/kneading/tapping that you normally experience.  The chairs must have been older.  I had to dig my back into the chair to feel anything at all.I asked for and pointed to the pedicure I wanted and ended up getting a different one when neither my daughter nor I got all the bangs and whistles described.  I don't think they understood what I wanted.The pedicures were just okay.  I asked them to pay special attention to my rough heel and left with still rough heels. Cost was $45.The no chip manicure was sloppy.  I had to ask the manicurist several times to clean up the hang nails and file down the jagged tips.  The polish was over the side of my nail so she had to file it.  When I left, I noticed polish on the underside of my thumb and behind the tip.  I might go back and give them another chance.  They are very clean and friendly. Had gone to this place before and it was okay. Went yesterday with a friend and it was terrible. They were running behind at the end of the day so they were rushing to get out of there (mind you we had appointments at 4:30 and they closed at 6 so there should have been ample time for a pedi/mani). They insisted on doing our manicures while getting our pedicures done so we are sitting uncomfortably twisted while they are working on our hands. Not relaxing at all! The nail polish itself looks terrible - on my skin, thin, bumpy, bubbly and otherwise gross - I could definitely do a better job myself! Would expect way better for $50 bucks! Planning on going back to have them repaint my hands.Updating to three stars since they were nice about fixing my nails. My friends and I were desperate to get our nails done (3 of us) and didn't have appointments anywhere. We drove by this place and walked in and they did accommodate us immediately. We all got pedicure chairs right next to each other which was great. They started our pedicures and about 10 min. into the pedicure we found out they have different types of pedicure packages. Only reason we found that out was because my friend saw the booklet with the packages so none of the employees ever told us we had to figure it out ourselves. The pedicure packages are great and priced right. They where extremely pushy for us to also get manicures. They talked me and my friend into it and preformed our manicures while we got pedicures which was good. The lady who did my nails was terrible. If it wasn't for me checking my nails I would of left with extremely unevenly filed nails and no chip polish all over my fingers. She also didn't even clean underneath my nails that well.What really topped the cake was that the ENTIRE time me and my 2 friends were getting our nails done the staff was talking talking talking talking and of course not in English. They were SO loud talking and laughing we could barely talk to each other. It was extremely uncomfortable for us and we knew they at some points were talking about us. They would talk and then look at one of us then quickly look away. It was so unprofessional I couldn't believe it. They where the loudest people in the entire salon. This is to me is just so rude.
