I have never been so unhappy with my service at any Nail salon I've been too. It was extremely unwelcoming and I felt uncomfortable through my whole service. Both of my nail techs would not even acknowledge me or even tried making conversations with me. They were extremely rude and seemed like they hated their jobs. I felt rush on making a decision on my choice of service. My first and last visit ill be making here. Highly disappointed since the salon itself is a very nice place. Not only that I was very unhappy with my nails they used a nail polish instead of the powder I had asked for. I was afraid to even speak up because she didn't acknowledge me and kept giving me a bad look. Very unprofessional seeing as I'm a beautician myself. This is not the way to treat your clients. I will never return to this nail salon again. I arrived over an hour prior to closing. I told them I needed my eyebrows waxed and a pedicure. Once my pedicure was completed, I was taken to the dryer. 10 minutes went by and I asked if someone was going to do my eyebrows. I was told they left for the day already. BEN IS AWESOME!! All the receptionist are great! My sister and I have been going there since they opened. We never wait long to get in the chair. It's always clean, spacious, and love the changing decor. They have a large selection of colors to choose from and complimentary drinks. They have a private area for parties. Ive gone here since it opened and I couldnt be happier.The atmosphere is exquisite and relaxing.they give you a huge choice of services.the staff is friendly and pleasant. their expertise is A++,Ive only ever had one incident and the management made it right immediately and even gave me a discount on my next fill. I went to studio blu with a last minute hair emergency (a bad at home bleaching mess). My hair was in terrible shape and the worst shade of orange..  Kelly was able to fit me in and did an awesome job cleaning up someone else's mess!  In fact, I left there looking/feeling like the nightmare of an at home bleach accident never happened.  She gave me a cut and color that has me feeling confident again.  The rest of the staff was super comforting and cool too.  Great salon with talented people! Where to start! I love Studio Blu so much. I originally went to High Maintenance Salon when my stylist worked over there and I followed her to Studio Blu. I have to say the atmosphere has only gotten better and better over the years that I have been going there. It feels so open and peaceful. Everyone always has a smile on their face and are very positive. I always know when I go in to get my hair done that I am going to be treated with respect and patience. Over the years I ...have trusted Candy Warner with my hair and she has done nothing but beautiful work on my hair. I will never go to a different salon. I have recommended so many people to Studio Blu that I have had friends of mine go to the other stylists there including Vienna and Tracy. And they were more than happy with their hair when we left there. Many people may wonder about pricing. Let's just say the quality of your hair is in what you pay. I find the prices for my color and cut to be more than reasonable. I always make sure to leave a large tip for my stylist too because this is their livelihood and your head is their work of art. They take pride in doing your hair and I can personally say I always like to show my appreciation for their work by tipping. Because of how well my hair is colored and styled I only have to go in every 2-3 months. So take the amount that I spend and divide that out to those months is more than worth it to me. Great salon for both women and men. As a guy I was really pleased with my haircut and the cool atmosphere (they were playing great music while I was getting my haircut). My stylist was personable and skilled. Plus a great location nearby a lot of cool cafes (Mary's), so I was able to grab a good lunch and hang out in the salon while my girlfriend got her cut and color (which she was very happy with). I went to Lisa last minute after Facebook messaging the studio. They responded right away and scheduled the appointment according to my schedule. The salon is clean and the staff are very friendly. After cutting my hair and going from platinum blonde to red Lisa also styled it. She had to use the dye three times to make the color up to her standards. After taking her time and making sure it was perfect she only charged me $80. They also did an eyebrow wax last minute. Love that a salon cares about ME and not their schedule. Read Less
