My daughter found this nail spa. We love it. We are from New York, every time we are in Florida we go there for our pedicure and manicure. I especially love the hot stone massage with my pedicure, it feels wonderful. The staff are extremely friendly to us. The place is very clean. P.S. I went in at 5:00. They close at 6:00. I wrote my name on the list and waited 45 minutes for my turn. The girl came up and took the 5 people ahead of me and looked at me and told me to come back tomorrow... AFTER I SAT THERE FOR 45 MINUTES!!! After spending 2 weeks in Orlando doing the theme parks with 3 kiddies in tow I thought I would treat myself to a mani and pedi. I called in to your salon on my way to the public to check out prices. The lady told me the prices in which I responded ' oh I thought it would be cheaper than back home.'I then smiled and went to walk out. I then heard the lady who was giving me prices say in a very rude tone and under her breath 'well why don't you just go home and get it done so'. To say I was taken aback is an under statement. Customer service at its utmost rudest. To top it off I asked to speak to a manager in which the lady in question told me she was the manager. !!! My advise stir clear of this salon. I will not go back to this place! I walked in and told the greeter I needed a fill on my acrylic. She said ok and told me to wait. An hour later I still had not been seen and no one had mentioned to me that they would not be able to do my nails. I questioned the greeter and she said she won't be able to do them. The staff are very good at what they do! I get Acrylic nails with a design & that only costs $18 & they very rarely break. My mom on the other hand gets the pink & white gel nails they r a little more expensive than the acrylic but they break even less then the acrylic also!!!! So I would recommend this nail salon to evry1!!!!!! Read Less
