Went here because my mom is testing the waters to find a new favorite place, needless to say it was okay. The guy did my nails and I got a full set with gel white tips. For 30$ I expected a little better quality. They were rushed, guy didn't change the hand towel either. He didn't even file them down all the way on the sides before he put the gel on and told me I was done. I did want a design but he didn't even acknowledge them after he put them under the light. After I washed my hands and left there was black specs in my nails. My moms nails on the other hand were done by the older lady, she did a good job on her nails, my mom got a fill and gel color. But my mom wanted to get a eyebrows wax and her lip done, the younger girl did that and literally didn't even use wax!!! She did her eyebrows with a razor blade!!! And her lip with tweezers!!! Omg I could have done a better job. Needless to say I am not going back. Total I spent 80$ on all of this. I could've went to the mall and spent a little more for a better experience. Read Less

Very bad experience. This place was so dirty, my mother and I had to get up and leave after we were seated in our pedicure chairs. There was garbage, hair, lotion, and gunk all over the floors next to the pedicure chairs. No music playing, no air conditioning, it didn't smell cleanly like a nail salon should, it was very uninviting. Our water was ice cold after asking for warm water two times. The worker took over 10 minutes to find the gel color we requested, so we grabbed our belongings and apologized that we were leaving. There are MANY places to visit in Rockford that are 10X better than this salon! I don't know how they are still in business, I surly didn't want to risk getting anything. Read Less

Place was HORRIBLE! I REPEAT HORRIBLE! I went there with my little sister the ladies there didn't understand anything didn't know what a coffin nail was and couldn't even paint a bow ! My sister nails ended up bleeding and both are nails looked horrible. Never going back again. Read Less

Disgusting and dirty - I brought 6 girls in and ever single girl had a bad experience - they were late getting there for our appointment , my sister got her arm stuck in old wax that was sitting out over night , not covered, the pedicure tubs were gross and they overfilled twice, one of the young girls came it looking a hot mess. There was so much dust I couldn't put my hands inside the nail dryer- looks like it's never been wiped down with bleach. Health department really needs to come take a look- there's dirty dishes in the sink! That place needs a good scrub down!!! Please clean your shop! Especially the waxing area . Your not suppose to double dip the wax that's how you spread diseases, hope you clean your shop up soon. I won't be back - non of my family or fb friends will be back either until it gets cleaned up! Terrible. Nails crooked. Gel is on my cutical and was cut 2 or 3 times and don't even get me started on my middle finger nail.. on top of that they knew I was pissed and still ran my card for full amount. Rediculous. Thanks for nothing will have to pay more to get fixed as well.. Read Less

I found Tammy's at the end of a very footsore holiday. The salon is very comfortable, clean and relaxing. The staff are very friendly, polite and my technician was very careful and kind. This is the most relaxing nail bar I have ever been to and the pedicure and manicure with liquid gel nails definitely the best I have had anywhere. Prices are very competitive when compared with the hotel based tourist spas and day spas in Orlando. Most importantly though there are no face masks being worn by the staff and no foul smell of chemicals as you get with so many nail bars these days which are using nasty and dangerous chemicals. Will definitely be going back when I am next in Orlando. Highly recommended. Read Less

Not enough customer interaction, kinda awkward. Didn't wash hands from working on previous customer, and didn't change hand towel from previous customer as well. Constantly texting in between the job. But did okay job on nails. Can't complain for $25 acrylics. Read Less
