I love this place! I have been searching for the place that did quality work and at a reasonable price and this is it. They are great, i even had my 2 year old get her bails painted (didnt sit long enough) but got 1 coat of gel polish on and her nails still look good after a week. Keep doing the great work! I took my nail tips off and made a mess of my nails. They were so short and rough I couldn't even file them. I went to Perfect Nails hoping to come out with an acceptable gel nail manicure. They do a nice job, no-chip/gel nails look great! They take their time and are very kind. I feel they push full manicures when you may not actually need them, but I know they need to make money. I don’t like that they file the top off the nail (gel) because it breaks the seal and they chip more easily. I should probably work on saying something about it but I don’t like to interrupt. I went to Perfect Nails with my mom and we each had different experiences despite both of us getting acrylic fills. I wasn't satisfied with the service. The technician didn't remove all of my pre-existing polish and upon completion 8 out of 10 fingertips/cuticles had polish on them. The no-chip polish application was also quite sloppy on the nails, not covering all side edges and not enough coats for the color to be opaque. The most troubling part was the rough drill bit the tech used throughout the service, even when that bit is not meant for natural nails. The bit on my natural nail overheated and burned me multipul times but the tech kept powering through. My mom had a different technician and was very pleased with her service. However, even though my mom's experience was nice I wouldn't recommend this place. The atmosphere isn't anything special and I feel like there have to be less painful salons to get acrylic fills at. As a customer you want to receive service from a salon that's sanitary. You don't have to worry about getting any bacterial infections or things like that. All the pedicure tubs are cleaned after each use and someone is always sweeping or wiping down each nail station. They are good at keeping each station and all tools clean and sanitary. When you go there you have no worries just relax and get pampered. Every time I've been to Perfect Nails, it has been nothing less than clean.
