They don't do all of what a regular salon does so they aren't cleaning under your nails and dipping them in wax or rubbing then with a sugar scrub substance. They basically just play your cuticles down and start applying the nails their prices are OK and the nails came out OK as well. The boys are super friendly.

I have been going here for 12 plus years and I seriously wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. I love this shop!

Terrible place. Didn't reshape my nail beds before applying the acrylic lied and said that it was gel and charged me more than they should have. Thought I didn't catch on. But I did. I just didn't have time to care at the moment.
DONT COME HERE TO GET ANYTHING DONE because they dont clean up how they should either. But hell. That's Rockford for you.

Very bad customer service. They talk very smart with the customers. They do not look out for the customers best interest. Disrespectful and they will ignore you as if they do not speak English. They even insult the guests. Out of 5-6 employees only two of them do nails. I would not recommend this place!

I haven't been here in 10+ years since I moved out of state but I'm in town and stopped in and she still remembers me. That's how I know this was my 2nd home lol I loved coming here and I still do. Nails looking extra good! It feels nice to be in a homey comfortable environment like back in the day. Let me add that from the work I've seen during my visit, they all have done a fantastic job on the other ladies here.

They are very rude here and do an awful job! You get what you pay for! My full set is very uneven and they tried to put a tip on top of a tip when it kept popping up! I will never go here again!

You get what you pay for $20 full set. Very unhappy with how my nails look, my first time coming here never again. The fake nails look all crocket and uneven and too thick of layer around the edges. Went back twice to get the color fixed because it was dry according to them but kept getting messed up. Got my eyebrows done as well unhappy told the lady to not do them to thin and leaves me super skinny. Never again!!

This nail salon is pretty good. Really, its like any other nail salon except the prices are cheaper. They seem pretty friendly here and do a fairly good job. My nails have never broken off when I have gotten them done here. If you like designs, they do an above average job by hand.

They don't do all of what a regular salon does so they aren't cleaning under your nails and dipping them in wax or rubbing then with a sugar scrub substance. They basically just play your cuticles down and start applying the nails their prices are OK and the nails came out OK as well. The boys are super friendly.

Terrible place. Didn't reshape my nail beds before applying the acrylic lied and said that it was gel and charged me more than they should have. Thought I didn't catch on. But I did. I just didn't have time to care at the moment.
DONT COME HERE TO GET ANYTHING DONE because they dont clean up how they should either. But hell. That's Rockford for you.

Very bad customer service. They talk very smart with the customers. They do not look out for the customers best interest. Disrespectful and they will ignore you as if they do not speak English. They even insult the guests. Out of 5-6 employees only two of them do nails. I would not recommend this place!

I haven't been here in 10+ years since I moved out of state but I'm in town and stopped in and she still remembers me. That's how I know this was my 2nd home lol I loved coming here and I still do. Nails looking extra good! It feels nice to be in a homey comfortable environment like back in the day. Let me add that from the work I've seen during my visit, they all have done a fantastic job on the other ladies here.
