The nicest man at this location. He always is so patient with my 90 year old Mom. He calls her grandmother and she LOVES it. 30 for a Manny and peddy not bad. Mom gets pampered and no going to some Do...
The nicest man at this location. He always is so patient with my 90 year old Mom. He calls her grandmother and she LOVES it. 30 for a Manny and peddy not bad. Mom gets pampered and no going to some Doctor to have her nails cut.(mom has no underlying foot issues)

Very rude if could put no stars I would but you have to put one in order to make you rating this place looks nice but they are very rude did not speak to me not once and spoke to all of the other Cauc...
Very rude if could put no stars I would but you have to put one in order to make you rating this place looks nice but they are very rude did not speak to me not once and spoke to all of the other Caucasian ladies and as a African american ladies I feel dissatisfied disappointed and disrespected kept pulling my fingers in frustration and lying saying I was moving how can I move my fingers if your holding them I will never go back to this place and I have never had a terrible experience with anyone like this ever in my life until I came here

Sam is professional and takes pride in his work. My father is 98 and uses a walker. Sam takes great care with him.

Would not recommend going here. The lady who did my nails rushed through them, leaving them crooked and made one of my fingers bleed. On top of that she also over charged me 10 dollars more than it sh...
Would not recommend going here. The lady who did my nails rushed through them, leaving them crooked and made one of my fingers bleed. On top of that she also over charged me 10 dollars more than it should've been. She put gel when i said no gel, very clearly and i got charged for it. Bad service and bad nails. Never coming here again.

Very charming place! LuLu is so good. You will leave their very happy. I have gone to other salons leaving very non satisfied!!! If you are shopping around you need to go their!!!! They are on Rural Street in Rockford il. So all I can say is enjoy!!!!!!!

I went it to this salon for a pedicure and a no chip manicure on 8/9/16. The service was not what I expected. I am a salon owner in Chicago and I expected someone to not insult me. I was called lazy for not putting lotion on my feet everyday. If the man would have used decent product on the sole of my feet the dry skin would have sloughed right off. Now who is the lazy one. I was told that my hair was really dry again another insult. Last but not least I was asked am I going to tip. Needless to say I tip because that's the noble thing to do. I should have caused a fuss but I let it go gave my gratuity and left. I said I will make my point in writing. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. No one should receive that type of disrespect while getting a mani/pedi. My clients in my salon partake in an experience not a nightmare.

Would not recommend going here. The lady who did my nails rushed through them, leaving them crooked and made one of my fingers bleed. I went it to this salon for a pedicure and a no chip manicure on 8/9/16. The service was not what I expected. I am a salon owner in Chicago and I expected someone to not insult me.
