The customer service is horrible! They don't even acknowledge you when you walk in so your left standing there looking lost. They don't even try to attempt small talk while your getting your nails done. My nails were bumpy and uneven. One broke the next day. I shouldn't have but I tried to give them another chance and I got my eyebrows and eye lashes done. Worst mistake ever! My eyebrows were too thin and uneven. It took me forever to grow them back. My eyelashes were individuals and she used so much glue my eyelashes looked stiff and unnatural. A piece of them was already lifting before I left the shop. The shop looks dingy and is full of cob webs and dust. I will never return there. Read Less

Not a fancy mall place but I have been going to them for Pedi's and gel nails for ten yrs or more. Have never had an infection of any kind from them. They are good, quick, and the prices are terrific! $20 for a thorough pedi, and that includes a short foot, calf massage. My feet feel so soft and look so pretty. They are fairly busy some days, so you have to get used to the best time to go in. Read Less

They have a really poor color selection and they couldn't do a basic glitter fade from the base of my nails.. like they literally just told me no. The guy filed one of my nails down too far on the sides and the woman that took over for him did a better job but still didn't try to make all my nails the same shape. Read Less

I absolutely love this place! I have been going there for years before my daughter and now with my daughter. They are very kind to everyone who comes in. This is one of the cleanest places that I have gone and that always brings me back. I recommend this place to any and every one. Read Less

I go to this nail salon every two weeks with my mom. I get a gel fill which is $20. Originally we started going there because it is in our neighborhood. Because it is so close to Boylan, you do get a couple Boylan girls in there. Mostly though it is people from the North End Square neighborhood. All walks of life go through this salon and everyone is really nice.The staff is very nice. I disagree with the previous review that the place is dirty. The people who own this place are Vietnamese and there culture is sprinkled all around their salon. In reality this place is VERY CLEAN. They wash their footbaths, they clean their utensils, all of it antibacterial. My nails always look flawless, they're really good about listening when you say "round tip" or "square tip".
