Absolutely terrible! I asked for the Indulgent pedicure and French tips, not a difficult request in the slightest. I sat for almost 15 minutes till the water my feet was soaking in was almost completely cold, then the lady came over didn't say a word and just dove right in. The lady cut off almost all of my toe nails leaving no room for a decent looking French tip. In fact she didn't put any nail polish on at all! I never received the paraffin wax or hot stone rub that is inc...luded in the Indulgent package, when I asked about it she only said "opps". At this point I just want to get out of there so I go to pay for the "service". She first stated my total was $40, I firmly stated I wasn't paying for services I didn't receive. First time here. Walked in without appointment. Guy was rough with massage. Didn't know my toe joints cracked until he pulled on them. Was the only one not wearing gloves too. Wasn't impressed with finished product. Polish was uneven and sloppy on toes. Didn't work on smoothing my heels very long. Ever have that haircut that when you get home, you actually need one? The workers here are rude. The lady who did my no-chip manicure rushed through the entire process leaving the nail polish by my cuticles looking jagged and messy. I asked her to fix a couple and she acted annoyed. At the end when I paid and still gave her a tip, even though I wasn't pleased with her service, she never even thanked me. After I said, "thank you," she did not say a word. Very disappointed in my experience at this salon. It was my first time experiencing Nails USA and I am definitely not returning. Terrible , dont waste your money, everytime I have to go here it ends in dissapointment, this place is never my first or second or third choice Iv only gone here in situations where I have to get my nails done and its literally my ONLY option. I have gone to this shop for a few years & always take my two teenage daughters along for no-chip manicures as well & the occasional pedicure. My experience always varies, depending on WHO is doing my nails. Sometimes I leave much happier than others. Today, I left so unhappy that I will not return. We showed up for our appointments right at 10:00. My no chip manicure took less than 20 minutes, start to finish. My nails were filed unevenly, they are bumpy because of the filing dust that was left on my nails, & I have cuticle & polish around each nail. My daughter has polish on the tips of her fingers & around the edges. It was very clear that the nail tech was in a hurry. My daughter left with so much lotion left on her arms that we had to wipe it off in the car. Super disappointed to have wasted our time & money today. We won't be back. Read Less

I went there due to the decent reviews it had. I would recommend staying away from this place. The man gave me a pedicure and literally BRUISED my toes from such an intense massage. So not ok on so many levels. This has never happened to me before.. 8 days after I got the pedicure I returned and they told me I was lying. My no chip manicure chipped within one day. My friend and I went in for a no chip and a fill. My friends fill looked like it was a week old already. They didn't get anywhere near the cuticle. My no chip was done so poorly as well. There is no color on the sides so the clear coat left a tab on a few of my nails which lifted on day 2. We are very unhappy and will never return to this salon again. Read Less

The first time I went to Nail USA was because of a positive review I read. My first experience was a very positive one . I had a great Deluxe Pedicure and my first no chip manicure. Both were excellent. As was my second no cup manicure. However, my next two no chip manicures were less satisfactory. The polish was bumpy and uneven on one or more nails. The first time this happened when I asked to have it fixed I was told it was just that the lotion made it look that way. That was not the problem, and I returned the next day to have it improved. My current manicure had the same problem, then in less than 48 hours the uneven polish chipped off. So I returned and they went over that area again and made it look nice. However, the polish chipped again in the same place a day later. When I returned to have it repaired again, they filed half of the surface down and painted over it--resulting in a bumpy uneven surface. When I said I was not happy with the appearance, I was told that was because it had too much polish were it had been painted previously. Not the answer I was looking for. If it can not be made repaired to look nice, that nail should have been redone entirely... Instead, I am four days into what should be a 2-3 week no chip manicure that I'm not happy with, despite having made three separate trips to have thing poorly corrected. Very disappointed. The prices are reasonable, but the last time I went was very unsatisfactory. The woman was in a rush with my acrylics and didn't even cover my whole nauls. When she sent me to another lady to do the painting, It looked like my nails had grown out and I asked if she could fix them, she said no it's too late. Then a different person did my top coat and rushed it, so there are weird levels on my nails because the top coat doesn't cover my nail. I asked again if someone could fix it. This time they had the nerve to say "that's how it's supposed to look". I've gotten my nails done here before without an issue, but I think that's thea st time I'll ever be back. We usually go to Barrington to get Pedis, because the service is good, but the prices are high.  This place does a great job if you get the deluxe pedicure at half the cost.  My wife said, $3 extra for a french..Sold!  Highly recommend! Read Less
