Floor had dust and dirt everywhere. The young girl Kim would sigh anytime someone walked in the place. My friend paid for a crappy mani she could have done herself he left polish on her cuticles and all around the tips of her nails. The one girl Destiny was very sweet and polite, but the other employees were rude to her. Pictures are all crooked and falling off the walls. There’s just little things that this place needs to do to keep up with competition in Rockford. Cheap nail salons with crappy customer service are a dime a dozen in this town. I’m just saying-you can tell this is not something they want to do for the rest of their lives just by their unprofessional attitudes.

Got a pedicure for my daughter yesterday & wasn't home an hr & the polish started coming off. Called 1st then made a 30 min drive 2 have them fix it & my daughter said the lady acted like she had an attitude becuz she had 2 fix it. How she gone have an attitude about something that I paid 4 & expect it 2 b right with my hard earned money! 1st & last time ever coming here!!!

Just walked in and asked for a brow and lip wax. The young girl sighed and looked around repeating what I just said as if she was hoping I would say nevermind. Have a seat in the back and I'll be with you in a few minutes she said. I sat down and leaned my head back and she very roughly adjusted my head to her liking. When she got done with that side I turned my head the other way and she raised her voice and said, " Don't do that! Don't twist your head that way!". God I though I was helping her see and get a better angle. I gave her a $3 tip and though I love the way the older lady does my pedicures I won't be back. That girl was the most rude person I've ever came across at a salon.

I just had to review this place. I LOVE my nails. I picked a very simple style but I am still so satisfied. I'm from out of town and decided to do a walk in while my husband got his haircut and I do not regret it. Even for the price which was forty dollars even, it was just such a satisfying outcome. It was pretty quick and she absolutely knew what she was doing. Will come again if I get the chance! I got a gel no-chip full set manicure.

My Mom and I having been going to Fusion on a regular basis. We both have enjoyed our time there. They are very friendly, and enjoy listening to my Mom tell stories about her self and my grandmother...
My Mom and I having been going to Fusion on a regular basis. We both have enjoyed our time there. They are very friendly, and enjoy listening to my Mom tell stories about her self and my grandmother who is almost 101 years old. They have even posted pictures of our nails on the website. We will continue to go and have a great time having our nails done.

Didn't really care for this place. Told the lady what I wanted and did not get a professional nails at all. My nails look like they have been on for more than a week and it hasn't even been 24 hours yet. Just go to LUXÉ nail salon. You might have to wait to get in but it's much better place.

I had a wonderful experience at Blo Orlando on 9/11. Everyone on staff that day was so friendly and wonderful, especially my stylist Angie! From the beginning to the end she made my experience wonderful! She really listened to what I was looking for and made sure that I was comfortable and happy with what she was doing with my hair. She is so awesome and I can't wait to go back to Blo Orlando for my next appointment! :)

Absolutely love this place, I will be back! As I walked in I was greeted instantly by an extremely nice man. Got the best pedicure and no chip I have had in a very very long time! He took his time and he was not rushing through it, it was extremely relaxing! We also had nice conversation, which never happens! I truly can't say enough about this place!!

Floor had dust and dirt everywhere. The young girl Kim would sigh anytime someone walked in the place. My friend paid for a crappy mani she could have done herself he left polish on her cuticles and all around the tips of her nails. The one girl Destiny was very sweet and polite, but the other employees were rude to her. Pictures are all crooked and falling off the walls. Just walked in and asked for a brow and lip wax. The young girl sighed and looked around repeating what I just said as if she was hoping I would say nevermind. Didn't really care for this place. Told the lady what I wanted and did not get a professional nails at all. My nails look like they have been on for more than a week and it hasn't even been 24 hours yet. Just go to LUXÉ nail salon. You might have to wait to get in but it's much better place.
