I went here for years and always loved their work. After a break I returned for no-chip polish. I was pressured into a full manicure. Some guy I had never seen before did the job and see seemed rushed. He didn't rub my hands or anything, he just cut off the dead skin. The next day all of my fingers were red and inflamed like I had infected hang nails, ifI never felt anything like it. That lasted for over a week-- longer than the no-chip polish! That started to peel within a few days! And he didn't even get my color right, I'd asked for one color with glitter over it for New Year's but only got one layer, he was too busy trying to get me to have a pedicure. I will never go back. This salon was recommended to me by a friend and I was slightly skeptical because of the reviews but I went for it anyway and I loved my experience! I made an appointment and was a little early but they got me in right away! I loved the different options! Never had a bad experience here. I personally recommend TT because she does an amazing job on nails whether you want a fullset or just a gel manicure. The gentleman that does the pedicures gives an amazing massage. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. Read Less

If i could give this place a zero I would. When they messed up my gel nails they refused to fix it unless i payed extra. They made my mother get a manicure while sitting to get the pedicure. She had to sit slanted which she ended up leaving with a sore back even after asking multiple times to just skip the pedicure.Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Read Less

THEY DESERVE NO STARS but couldn't post without hitting at least one star!!! My daughter and I both asked for no chip manicures. We waited about 20 minutes, which is fine but as I was sitting there, I noticed how dirty it was and how quickly they were trying to cattle people in and out. When it was time, I told the guy he could file my nails down a little as I had just broke 2 of them. He first clipped them with nail clippers but then decided to cut the corners off with cuticle clippers after I said I wanted them squared! Then he used a file that should not be used on natural nails. My nails were left jagged, rounded and uneven. Instead of soaking my hands, he just pushed the cuticles back and then removed them completely. You never remove the whole cuticle. One nail bled and he apologized as he poured something on that left my finger burning for hours! After that my nails got a quick brush and he started putting the polish on. I could feel stuff under my nails and at the ends but he tried polishing them anyway. He used his nail to remove extra polish and then decided he wanted to rub lotion on my hands at the very end.The whole experience left me stunned and disgusted! This place is terrible I do not recommend it. When I walked in they were all talking and laughing so we just set ourselves down. As soon is my Pedicure and manicure began they were laughing at me and my cousin for having "gross feet" I only noticed because I speak Japanese and Chinese. And the day after we got our nails done four of my nails already chipped completely off and they didn't do the design that I wanted and it cost us 10 extra dollars to get a design. I've been a extremely loyal customer for several years. I get mani-pedi ever 2 weeks. I am normally pleased with service. Yesterday morning after pedi i sat longer to make sure feet were dry because i was wearing boots. Nail tech put quick dry on and i still sat for 30 min. She checked said i was dry. I wore flip flops out. I put socks and boots on later and two toes were smudged. I went back at 1030 this morning. Tech at front desk said they were busy and absolutely no one could help me. I asked what time should i come back or i can wait, she replied tomorrow can't you see we're busy, we all have appointments. Needless to say but i was very offended!
