The massages are wonderful. The service is sweet. Had a wonderful technician for a no chip polish French manicure. Seemed a bit pricey. I love Aveda. Have used for years. Apparently I do not look like Aveda clientele when I walked into the salon. I stood looking at products for 10 minutes and was not even glanced at . I then wondered over to the make up and thought I would look at the pressed powder. Finally someone came over and told me to try whatever I wanted. Then had to then hunt down sponges. I was not even offred a opinion let alone information on the product. I finally just choose two lip products, enough to use up my gift card. I was prepared to stock up but decided against it. This place is EXPENSIVE! the atmosphere is nice and all but... A couples massage was $95 for an hour and they charge an extra $30 for the "couples" room... $220 for an hour! Totally not worth all the money. In Lake geneva you can get an all day spa for $70 including the mud bath. Not wasting money on this outragrously expensive place!!! I have had 3 different stylists over the period of about 10 years. Only due to the fact that they become stay at home mommies. Cassandra, Drea and Julia have all consistently cut my hair the same. I have loved all of them! The training they get lets me relax and know that these lovely ladies have control of my massive curly hair. I will never go anywhere else. I recently had a french manicure and pedicure at the salon. The technician was very nice, but the quality of the service did not match the price. $80 got me a mani/pedi that lasted 3 hours before all the polish flaked off. Go somewhere else if you want a good mani/pedi that survives more than a couple hours. Read Less

My color, cut and nails were done exactly how I requested. All the staff was very nice. My stylist was also helpful in recommending places near by since I'm new to the area. The receptionist also helped by looking up my Pure Privilege rewards number. My only suggestion would be to clean the color station chairs. The one I had was stained badly. Read Less

Mani/pedi I went in for a manicure (no chip) and a pedicure. First it took 2.5 hours. It has never taken that long before for other places. Then when I got home one of my nail completely pealed off. Then 2 weeks later the no chip all came off. The bench for the pedicure was also very uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend going. Read Less

I took my college daughter for a cut and color and she absolutely loved her time there. Jen was her colorist. She walked my daughter through all the steps, gave her the color options that worked best for her complexion, and went over the costs with me before she began. She was very responsive to what we wanted. The stylist was Ashley. She cut her hair exactly the way she wanted it! Wish I had more cash on hand for a better tip for both ladies. We'll be back! I was very disappointed in my services. I went in for a color, cut, and eye brow wax. I was wanting to go lighter in hair color and was told that wasn't possible. Another stylist offered an opinion and I said ok. Then when the original stylist came back, she was going to "attempt" my original idea. This was after I agreed to the more experienced stylist's idea. Needless to say, I walked away with NO color and only a trim done because if they couldn't color my hair, I wasn't trusting them to anything more than a trim and I wasn't going to have them wax anything. Every salon I have ever been to would help you get what you came in for, even if it wasn't 100% what you originally wanted. A color would have been fine, even if it wasn't the color I wanted to begin with. I will never step foot into that building again. I have a gift card that will be given to a family member. I went in to get my hair done with the highlights now when I came in I had highlights through out my hole head she took them out and only put them back in on the top she didn't listen to what I had told her and the first time I came in same thing and she didn't even die it the color I wanted it was horrible and over priced I suggest you don't go here they don't listen to you Read Less
