They need to work on CUSTOMER SERVICE Skills! I was going to try them out but after sitting and listening for about 45 minutes I decided to decline services. T Nails is the only place that I get my eyebrows done and am 100% satisfied. I recently moved to Chicago, and for the past 6 months, have been searching for someone just as good to do my brows. After many thoughtful recommendations, I have not been able to find someone with the patience and skill as the owner at T Nails (and that is saying a lot considering I have been getting my brows done in downtown Chicago). I have also gotten pedicures done here, and once again, I am always completely satisfied. While there are moments where it feels a little rough, the outcome is always worth it. They had me waiting almost a hour for a pedicure in it was people walking in after me and was able to get a pedicure I was soaking my feet in the water for almost an hour they too busy to talk to you very rude once they start getting busy they don't have to talk to customers like that I hate the way they did the pedicure I wouldn't recommend nobody to go on them Read Less

Sandy quit and they are short on help right now they overbook for the short staff but its worth the wait they take a lot of time with you and even though they are so busy they still take a lot of time with you and UT is the best for eyebroes and i even get a facial there Read Less

I come here often only because I live so close. Be prepared to wait awhile regardless of appointment. Honestly have always thought pedicures were supposed to be relaxing but the last time I went it was straight painful and I have my feet done regularly. Had multiple cuts and they never paint the complete nail on the sides for pedi or mani. Or at least the 2 people I've had do my nails. Besides that the people that work here are sweet and they do try to put a lot of care into the work that they do for the most part. Read Less

I went there exclusively for all most 2 years and lately they only have 2-3 people working on a regular basis so you never get in for your appointment at the time that is set. Recently my cuticles are sore and red and stay that way for about 1 week. Then I go back and it happens all over again. What does she do?? I watched her and she has athumb nail that she has grown out and filed sharply. She pushed back the cuticle after she applies the acrylic before she files.
