Extremely bad customer service. Had me waiting for an 1 hour and 15 minutes before they started soaking my feet for a pedicure. They just left me there while the worker was in the back doing who knows what. Another client came in and said she wanted a full set and a pedicure. They started working on her pedicure while I sat there soaking my feet still. I told them I was still waiting for them to do my pedicure and that I had waited for more than an hour already. They looked at me like if I was stupid and gave me the excuse that they thought I was waiting for a particular worker to do my pedicure. Never did I mention when I first got there, that I wanted a certain worker to do my pedicure. I simply just dried my feet and walked out. I will never go back to that place! Read Less

Very overpriced for (very basic cheap looking) quality of work, the owner and her staff seem very unfriendly and unwelcoming. I paid $45 for a pedicure that I could've done myself at home, the water was cold, she put foot scrub on and then next thing I know my polish, what I received what not worth what I paid AT ALL. I got a no chip polish change on the toes. She files and barely buffs the nail bed. Then, she makes me move from the pedicure chair to the manicure table. She polished my toe nails on her knees on the floor, dark, and with no proper lighting, resulting in the worst nochip on my toes I’ve ever had. I then asked then guy there, who seemed to care less about what I had to say, that she needed a light to be able to see. The polish on my nails weren’t close to my cuticle walls. Went there for the first time and I waited 5 minutes which wasn't bad. I got a gel full set the Lady shaped my nails the way she wanted when I told her I wanted them squared. She was spueezing my hand really hard and EFT her hand mark in my hand. When she told me to out my hand in the light 3 of my nails started to sting really realty bad. I had to take them out. My nails lasted 3 days and they fell off themselves. I don't think this business should be up anymore. Or maybe they need better workers with better experience. Read Less

Wow. Just wow. I guess I should have read the reviews about this poor excuse of a nail salon. Amazed with the extreme negligence of customer satisfaction. Never have I walked into a place and felt so uncomfortable. No wonder this place has 1 star. They really dont even deserve that single star.
