I came here because Dar nails was closed & I needed my nails done for tomorrow morning. got my nails done in white, within 24 hours they turned into this nasty yellow color mind you I don’t smoke or anything I’m an ocd person so they turned naturally yellow even with washing my hands! Also Got my eyebrows done here once too, they came out horrific. Will not be going here again. They also charge for nail size fee & shape. I totally get the shaping fee but nail size? It really ain’t that much work. That’s ridiculous. 35$ down the drain. Rather stick to dar nails they charge 28$ come out sooooo nice & my queen nails for eyebrows 10$ I don’t recommend much places but I love how professional they are & my eyebrows come out BOMB They don’t even have proper equipment for nail cutters here They use scissors. IF I COULD RATE THIS ZERO STARS, BEST BELIEVE I WOULD! I WAS SO NICE AND WITH THE BEST ATTITUDE, the lady was talking in chinese with the other lady while burning my skin with the machine. I was so unsatisfied, I got a regular full set and you could tell the quality of everything was horrible, they charged me 40$ and about 15 minutes after, all of my nails were smudged so I went back and told her. The lady who appeared to be in charge rudely told me it was my fault for not getting no chip. I payed an extra 20$ for no chip (60$ in total) and three days later, 2 of my nails were broken and the nail polish is peeling rapidly. They are so rude, they over charge and I’m never going back again, they have such low quality! I hope you read the reviews and not make the same mistake of going there like I did. Read Less

I came in for a full set , the work was ok , the lady who did my nails wasn't friendly , rushed me thru the whole process . The lady next to her who also works there has a very ugly attitude and seems like they think nobody understands their language , was speaking very bad about others and about me . after all I didn't even want to finish my color I just asked her for acetone to remove my nail polish because one nail had smudged and since she wasn't approachable , felt like she would get upset so I got up and left . I myself understand how this industry works , I work at a barbershop and I cut hair , my thing is , if you are going to work in this industry you have to be a people person if not find something else to do ! I have be going there for two years i have had almost see Everyone to do my nails you don't tip good do bad job so next time you don't ask for them the manager is the worst of all his mean him as a manager has very bad customer service need new management thay all look mad or unhappy the works how they stay open who know? Will look for another place to go not that they care i work in retail so i know good customer service were is the OWNER!! Do they know what going ON????? This place is horrible for what they charge. The workers are very rude! I went in two weeks ago to get a no chip fill in and pedi. The idiot that did my services definitely did a horrible job. He was doing a rush job. My pedicure was incomplete and he rushed on nails. When I bought it to the workers attention, he got big mad. If I can give no stars I would. This was my first time at this shop and while the people seem nice, they were everything but. Went in for a mandi pedi with no chip and they definitely OVER CHARGED ME! The work was half a** but I didn't want to be "that girl" therefore I paid for the over priced service and tipped. Don't mistake my kindness for being a fool. I went to this nail place twice now. The first time I went it was okay nothing special. The second time I went I went in at 5:15 on a Saturday. When I went in they had maybe three people waiting including myself. They had a lady on her phone not doing anything. When I was there a young lady was sitting soaking her nails. I have no idea how long she was there. No one was there checking on her. I got seated maybe 15 minutes later next to this young lady. To begin with the lady spoke really low in a very loud place. The lady began to buff my nails with the machine and burned me about 5 times. I usually just handle the pain but hers was way too much. She put the tips in and kept having to take them off because they were on wrong. I have attached a picture that shows one nail is clearly crooked. She began to file my nails and she filed so much that the side of my nails are non-existent. I told my boyfriend everything she did and she was not getting a tip. She heard that and tried to be a little more gentle. The polish is off on some sides and some acrylic was on my cuticles. She also cut my cuticles so badly just bending my finger hurt. I will no longer go here and hope no one else experiences what I did. The young lady who I saw when I walked in by the time I was done at 6:15 she was still soaking her nails with no one taking care of her. This salon continued to allow people in past 6pm when they closed. These clients were taken care of before she was. This shop is run poorly! If I could 0 stars would be what they would get. Very disappointed first time pinky nail broke within couple of daysGetting it done I'm very busy and not able to come back to get them done so took them all of after work 2nd time around came back had same issue but 2 thumbs broke off again while at work the 7th day went back to the salon to have them fix it to be told right after getting it fix that I still have to pay for it very disappointed as the nails are done very thin OF COURSE IT WILL BREAK never again Read Less

I do not really care for this place but it has been a while since a manicurist has actually understood what I desired. I asked for almond shaped nails and I got exactly that. Despite the big tip I gave, Ann, put work and quality into my nails. I now know I can go to her whenever I need a touch up. If anyone is feeling my nails I highly recommend her, she's the last table in the last row. Read Less

Totally love this place! Never had to wait more than 5mins and they have a great color selection and very organized! They actually listen to what you want and what shape you like your nails. I drive 40mins just to come to this place! The only downfall about it is that its inside Riverside mall so it kind of takes away from the relaxation part of getting your nails done but overall love this place! Read Less

This was so bad. I went on a busy Friday I went for a mani and the women made my thumb bleed. She put glue on the cut to make it stop bleeding! Then she put too much polish because it was a neon color. The polish never dried even the next day! I was able to move the polish with my thumb. Then when I asked for my money back and the manager refused. He said he would redo my nails if I got back in line and passed me a number. I got number 16 and they just finished calling 5!!! I wanted my money back. I couldn't sit wait and get my nails redone by this salon. This was beyond ignorant. Worst service and bad management. Don't get your nails here. Read Less

This has been by far the worst nail salon I have gone to. I had the manager do my full set acrylic nails. He did an awful job. First of all, he was way to ruff on my skin with the buffer and he ended up cutting me. Second, I asked for a rounded nail shape and they came out very uneven. And third, I let him know I wasn't pleased with the shape and how uneven they were. He said that there wasn't much he can do now since he already painted my nails. I was very upset. In the mall, I usually go to Lee Nails.  I just do.  Years ago, I tried Classy Nails and it was so mediocre that I considered buying polish remover  at the dollar store on the way out.Anyway, Lee Nails was busy so I revisited Classy Nails.  What a wonderful surprise!  The girl who did my nails was excellent and sweet and efficient.  She had good advice for color choices and was clearly very smart and socially competent.  But the best part is I then asked for nail art.  She told me to have another girl do it.  This other girl did a MIND BLOWINGLY great job.  This was no dot dot smear swirl thing---this involved several brushes, gradients of color, and a touch of glitter.  This was true art.  From now on, if I ever need nail art (hey! Cheaper than therapy!) classy nails is where I'm headed. Read Less

They only get four stars simply because they are expensive. Aside from price... I love my nails. The lady who did my toes did a good job but Amy the young lady who did my nails did an AMAZING job. I love my nails. This is the first time I got gel nails and I am completely pleased. I'm definitely going back. Read Less
