Took my wife here to get her eyebrowns clean and trim. After waiting 30 minutes they finally took care of us and then took less than a minute to finish. First time coming here. Don’t plan on coming back. Non friendly staff... waited for about 15 minutes when only 4 other people were in there getting their nails done. The lady who did my nails put too many coats on my nails and I asked for my nails to be filed round and I notice she did them more like stilleto nails. After finding out I could not tip on my credit card.. the lady then looked at me like I was crazy for not knowing. I explained to her it was my first time here and she brushed me off and walked away. They're not good in what they do!! I was there for manicure (no chip) and pedicure. Techs put too many nail polish and it looks horrible. They are not qualify people!! I won't come back there. After pedicure in Lee Spa Nails i had a surgery because it wasn't done good. Waist of money. Read Less

I came in and showed the guy (Tom) what i wanted. He said he could do it. Turns out he couldn't. I then asked him to just put nail polish and chrome on top so we could cover it because i didnt like it. Turns out he didnt know how to do the chrome either. He then charged me $60 and waisted 3hours of my time. He knew he had done a bad job and insisted I pay him $60. Please go somewhere else. No wonder they don't have clients. Read Less

I have gotten my eyebrows done a few times & was happy with the service. Yet the last time it was horrible, no other customers there, I said I wanted my eyebrows done & was told to go in the room, the tech said nothing to me, and all of a sudden I had wax on my lip! Wasn't asked for & never had it done before, I get cold sores easily which I had when she decided to put hot wax on it!! Never ever go back, please save your money, it's not worth the pain. My no chip manicure turned out ok, but my nail technician took a long time to do the manicure because she was so busy watching the television. It was really annoying. She was supposedly the sister of the owner. Also I kept telling her that the no chip machine was getting too hot and that it was burning, and she kept telling me to put my hand back in. My hands are still tingling. On top of that, she filed my finger nails down to nubs. Even after that, she kept filing my super short nails, and it was roughing up my skin, it was painful! So being like any typical guy i would refuse to get my nails done. So i thpught i would give it a shot with my girlfriend. We have tried many places in the area and by far this place beats them all. There is no extra charge to have stuff done that should come with a basic pedicure. They are super fast and clean. Plus its nice to see the owner working along with everyone else. My nails were lopsided and the designs were crooked and messed up! The lady was rude and gave no attempt at conversation !!! My 9 year old got hers painted as well and they were also horrible , only reason I came here is because lees nail 2 on grand and Cumberland was closed !!! Over over priced and horrible work!!!!! As I've been sitting here for 40 min after a polish change on my toes, waiting for a fill (mind you there's only 2 people in here & 7 people working) 4 lady's walk in & they sit them first with no problem & get to work.. Started coming here when I lived in the area with my mother and daughter. The staff is very friendly and inviting, and they do an amazing job. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait but it is definitely well worth it! I now drive 45 minutes just come back here and get my nails and eyebrows done. My mom used to live down the block so we've been her twice, first time was ok I got a fill in and she got a no chip. Second time I got a fill in, was satisfied and she got a no chip and pedicure, she started her no chip about fifteen minutes before I got my fill in and she was done before me, so she started soaking her feet. I was done, waited and waited. A half hour later I walk back to her house and an hour later she was home. She enjoyed the massage chair but no one should have to wait that long for a pedicure! I don't particularly have a set nail salon that I go to but I do come here most of the time. As for prices.. Not a bad deal. It is comparable to all other salons except that their pedicures are only $ 19.99 which is a deal given that most other salons are $25.00. As for colors.. They have a great selection of nail polish colors! They could use more no chip nail colors but their selection is still good. As for service.. Everyone who works here is very friendly, some even know your name if you are a regular, and they honestly do a great job on your nails and toe nails. I like that I don't feel rushed and they spend a good amount of time with each customer.I also get my eyes brows done here as well and they do an excellent job! I went to a Lee's nail salon up north for years, and swore that they did the best job in the northwest suburbs, then a friend convinced me to try this place and I was instantly hooked! My gel nails looked more natural and they lasted for a month! For someone who's nails and hair grow fast , and works 2 jobs, this means the absolute world to me! As much as I like this place it's never a quick visit. I could easily sit and wait over an hour for an eyebrow wax because they're always so busy. If your coming in for a manicure and pedicure be prepared to be there for at least a few hours.Otherwise, their pretty friendly, do great nails and if you've got the time & patience this is the perfect place for you, otherwise you may want to go elsewhere. I complete disagree with the other review posted here. I have been a customerof Lee Spa Nails since they opened and I love this place. As with any business, if you don't have appointment, you can expect to wait. Also, pedicure technicians may not be qualified to do a fill on a set of nails. So, that would explain why those customers went first. That being said, I do find it helpful to make an appointment. The word is out that these guys rock so.. they are busy. The staff is VERY friendly - very personable. It's family owned and operated and they take great pride in the work that they do. Prices are reasonable and I love that they greet their clients by name. I usually go back and forth with my nails... I'll keep a set on for several months and then get tired of the upkeep/expense. Tom and his staff are very quick, while maintaining STELLAR quality, which makes the process much less painful... I'm going on almost a year now with my nails firmly in place! Total 5 stars! Would not return to this place. Walked in and asked for an Acrylic Overlay, there were 3 people already there. I was told to pick a color and it would be a few minutes. 2 other people walked in for a pedicure, BOTH were taken before me and I was asked to wait another 10 minutes....AFTER 20 minutes I told them I would wait no longer and left.All they could say was sorry....I guess they prefer pedicures over the nail work which would have been more money spent....Lost my business.
