I have been coming here since they opened. And had a good times here! The staff are polite and friendly, unlike some of the other shops. And did a superb job on my nails. I have been going here for the better part of a year. But lately I have been quite disappointed with the service. I always call for an appointment and request a certain nail tech. The last two requests were obviously ignored as when I showed up, I was told that I had not made any request. This last time, I was saddled with a tech that filed my nails unevenly. When this was brought to her attention, she insisted they were fine. The man that is usually at the counter never smiles, is surly, always on the computer and acts as if the customers are doing HIM a favor. This is not good customer relations. There is no sign posted listing their prices. But there is a pamphlet on the station while you are drying your nails. I have had enough of this treatment after this last experience. Very rude staff. This was for my daughter's wedding, and I was hoping for a little relaxation as well as pretty nails. They rushed me thru choosing my colors and nail designs. The young man at the counter barely acknowledged me or looked up from his phone. The girls all gathered around the technicians doing my mani/pedi talking in Chinese to one another like I wasn't there. The girl that did my mani stopped and texted 3 times for about 4-5 minutes each without explaination or apology. The entire mani was rushed and painful. Then she said "done" and pushed my hands back, but she had not painted the designs I had chosen from the samples. I asked about them, and she scolded me for not telling her first, tho that was the first thing I picked out. She rushed thru the design and it showed. They charged me $90 and I really cannot figure out why...no explaination or breakdown for their charges. Read Less
