My sister and I got our nails done here on 11/26/17. I had a no chip manicure and she just needed a simple fill. We were the only customers there but the service took forever. My sister’s fill was absolutely horrible. The nails were extremely thick and lumpy,and the paint was bubbling off. We went back the next day to get them removed and the technician said they were made thick because my sisters nails were short and this would prevent them from bending backwards. I asked for a refund and she said she could only give me 15back because nail removal cost 20 which is false it costs 10, 20 if you’re getting a manicure and removal which she didn’t get. I went here on a whim after having trouble finding anywhere in the area that had decent reviews online and I'm glad I did. Steven did my no- chip manicure and it's one of the best I've ever had. He took his time and was very thorough, the shape is perfect and he even did an extra coat to make the color perfect. this is the first place i ever got my nails done at. i really like their HUGE assortment of nail colors and they do a good job on fullsets and offer many services. my biggest complaint is that its pretty pricey: a simple manicure is $12 ($14 for french), $35 for a fullset. i've found other places that do just as good a job (or better) for a cheaper price. I wouldnt mind the prices if they did more to accommadate u but they do do any extra work for the high rates. Read Less
