My first bad yelp review! #sorrynotsorry From the bottom of my heart, don't come here. My mom used to work there...for many years actually, and they treated her like sh*t. Excuse my language. For a long time, I've been so hesitant to give this business a bad review because I know many employees who work here need the job to support their families and need returning customers. I can easily tell all the customers and the state board about all the wrong things they do, but I have not. So now I'll leave the fate of their business in your hands my dear readers. My father was recently hospitalized while I was out of town. I frantically called my mom to notify her, but being so busy at the nail salon, she didn't pick up. After many failed attempts, I called the salon phone number. Michael, the scumbag owner, picks up. I told him my dilemma, and he said he would contact my mom for me. Because I didn't trust him to do what he said, I proceeded to call neighboring businesses hoping they could help me to notify her. Fast forward a couple hours, I find out Michael told my mom "you have an appointment scheduled at 6pm." Not only he did not have the urgency to mention that her husband is in the hospital, but he also thought it was morally okay to continue to schedule an appointment for later that evening.Ladies and gents, when you come and pay for your services, you are helping to support an owner who doesn't care about who might or might not die. So he probably doesn't care about the services he offers you.If you are looking for any of the employees that have recently worked here, don't listen to him! They are not on vacation! They straight up quit! I guarantee they are not working too far away, so please support the people that actually do care about you, and don't come back HERE. Read Less
