Recently switched owners and it is night and day different. I ONLY get my nails done by Ken or Lisa bc they are consistent, attentive and take their time. But lack of staff and the attitude of the new people is atrocious.  The man that sits in the 2nd row states he is the first one here everyday when they open and they are understaffed in the mornings bc the old staff has no rules and just do whatever they want and come to work whenever they want...not very professional sounding and actually quite opposite of any other experience I've ever had. (and I only come in the mornings.) Other ladies and I all were talking while we waited our turn and had the same thoughts as I did and even gave me suggestions of other salons they are going to try bc they give up here. The Salon looks good, clean well kept. The service is another story.  I've been there 4 times in the past year and every time I go in back to the Pedicure Chairs, they fill them with water and  a foot soak solution, then walk away for at least 30 minutes, by he time they return the water is cold. The ladies doing the Pedis don't make conversation with you but instead talk to each other in their native language. For the basic pedi, they soak your feet, clip your nails, barely scrub your dry skin or calluses, rub on some lotion, apply a hot towel and paint your toe nails.  If you want your feet scrubbed or calluses removed, you have to pay for the upgraded service which is $10 more, while other Nail Salons include that in their basic price.  Nice place but service can improve. I have been here a handful of times and had decent experiences until Saturday. I went in for a regular manicure. The girl who did it rushed through it, did a sloppy job, and it had all chipped off by the Sunday. My manicures usually last a week. What a waste of money! Read Less

Decor: this place is lovely!!! Designed beautifully. Look like a Beverly Hills nail salon. They have private rooms for waxing. As well as a separate section for pedicures. Service: Host at the front to greet people. The lady who waxed my eyebrows and did my pedicure was very nice. I'm pretty satisfied with my nails as well.One thing I didn't like it is the person who started my nails isn't the person who finished them. As well as, they don't have regular polish to match your no chip color. Price: I paid $75 total. A little bit on the expensive side. I feel like I paid for the location and the shop rather than the service. $38 no chip fill in. Guessing the extra $2 were for my cut down. $27 pedicure $10 for eyebrows Will go back because it's less than 5 minutes from my house. But for better technicians, I'd probably go somewhere else. Very nice place! The decoration is super, friendly service, clean and I liked it. But it's pricey! The basic pedicure "Spa" is $25, they only trim your toe nails, they put lotion, hot towel and nail color... The "pamper me" $38 they exfoliate your feet, they add serum to soften callouses, massage, trim nails, sugar scrub for legs and feet, hot towel, and color... There's 3 more,$42, $45, and $65... I now I can get the $38 for $25 down the street...the prices are high...Gel fill in is $28...I can get it for $18-$25 a block away.I hope they recognize that their prices are "city" prices and not Market based prices.Yes, I think I will be back even though I have to pay more, but it's because the location is very convenient for me. I seriously wanted to love this place! I walked in with high hopes after reading all of the incredible Yelp reviews (five-star, no less), however I have to admit that after my experience, I'm skeptical of said reviews.It is true - this place is beautiful. Very polished, lots of chairs, and even a bar area (though I didn't understand if they could serve alcohol or if it was just for show or for events). The pedicure area is huge, chandeliers throughout the building, and flat screen tvs on. The service (and quality), however, is where it was lacking for us. We booked appointments for three people for a Thursday at 6:30pm. We were told there wasn't time for no-chip (bummer), and when we arrived, we waited several minutes before we were sat down. The three of us headed to the pedicure area...and waited. One of us had someone come right away - I waited over 20 minutes, and the third in our group waited another 5-10 after me. We scheduled these far enough in advance that we didn't expect to wait until the water was literally cold and the massage chairs had gone through a full rotation! I've been through my fair share of pedicures and manicures, and I'm always surprised when Nail Tech's have to use their own nails to get polish off their clients. Mine in particular used his nails to remove lots of polish off my skin (both the pedicure and manicure) - but it wasn't effective enough, as I went home with a toe that was tinted red from all the polish that was wiped off onto it and not cleanly removed. To top it off, he was so overzealous with cleaning up my excess skin, that one of my fingers started bleeding and wouldn't stop - and it HURT! He was VERY nice so I hate to speak negatively but the service wasn't good.A few other surprises: we didn't get asked to pay until AFTER the manicures were over, so I had to dig around in my purse for my credit card - most places have you pay ahead of time to avoid this. Also, my sister's nail tech completely smudged one of her fingers, and didn't even address it...she had to ask him to fix it, and it was very noticeable!For $42, I'd never return here for service. The only reason I'd return is for a possible event, due to the size and how nice it is inside - but unless there was a steep discount for a group, I'd still steer clear. Read Less
