If zero stars was an option that’s what I would have chose. I was told I had a 25 minute wait which ended up being 40. I got a gel set which I was told would be 35, it ended up being 50. While I was getting my nails done the guy made one of my fingers bleed by thy little zzzzzz tool. He put one of my nails on crooked, and when I told him tht he said it was “too late”. I was just not happy withy whole experience there. Let alone having to pay $50 dollars for some crooked nails.

Worst service in the world. Went in just to get my nails painted and a simple manicure. I like the natural look. The lady talked me into doing no chip and she just kept repeating herself over and over again so I just did it. She made my cuticles bleed and just continued working on them and didn't even say sorry. I went back with my friend just cuz we wanted to get our nails done together, and the service was even worse. It was so worse that we walked in got treated horribly, and then we turned around and just left. They should just be shut down they have the worst people skills in the world don't waste your money. Go Nail Heaven in Ottawa they have the best customer service and the best colors by far in this area.

Went in and asked for gel full set nails. I ended up with a manicure with gel polish. The full set would have been $40 and they charged me $35 for what I got. I explained and corrected them 4 times. I even asked for a coral polish and ended up getting purple because after 3 tries, she still didn't go get the right color. I gave up and took what was sitting there. It would help if they spoke and understood English. Never going back

They really do a fantastic job. Price has been the same each time which is a bonus! 2 of the 3 employees that have done my nails were excellent, the other one did s good job, just not very friendly...

Wonderfully relaxing treatment! Lyly was very particular about my acrylic fill and polish. She was sweet and funny! Her sister Dee and their aunt both worked on my toes and did a Grreat job! Truly got the spa treatment.
Definitely recommend them! Professional and personal!
Was $30 for fill and $27 for manicure.

This place is awful. I could not be more offended if I tried. I came here with my 7 year old for our first mani/pedi's together. We picked our colors and sat down to wait. My daughter was holding the bottle of hers and it fell out of her hands. The lid came right off even though my daughter wasn't trying to open it and it spilled. The lady doing nails near by FREAKED out. Yelling at me to sit down sit down sit down! I just wanted to get us away from it. She then told us she didn't have time to clean it up right now she was busy, even though I never asked or expected her to. She wouldn't give me the napkin to clean up the polish on my girls leg until she told me 4 times not to get up or try to clean up the floor. I'm not stupid I know it would just smear it around. When she told ME to calm down that's when I told my daughter to stand up and let's go. Now we are at Hollywood nails and they are sooooo nice! Wish we had come here in the first place!

Such bad service!! I got there and was conned into getting higher prices than what they were. I sat down to start getting my nails done, and I was treated like I was dumb. Once the woman started, she cut my nails way too short, my fake nails look like their my real nails just painted. She made my nails bleed and continued to after she noticed they were bleeding. My nails are crooked, and unsymmetrical. I can not believe the service I got today. If I could, I would give them 0 stars.

I have been coming here for years. I have never had a bad experience. I always receive great pedicures and excellent service. Have tried other places and I like Lee Nails best.

If zero stars was an option that’s what I would have chose. I was told I had a 25 minute wait which ended up being 40. I got a gel set which I was told would be 35, it ended up being 50. Worst service in the world. Went in just to get my nails painted and a simple manicure. I like the natural look. The lady talked me into doing no chip and she just kept repeating herself over and over again so I just did it. She made my cuticles bleed and just continued working on them and didn't even say sorry. I went back with my friend just cuz we wanted to get our nails done together, and the service was even worse. It was so worse that we walked in got treated horribly, and then we turned around and just left. They should just be shut down they have the worst people skills in the world don't waste your money. Go Nail Heaven in Ottawa they have the best customer service and the best colors by far in this area.

Went in and asked for gel full set nails. I ended up with a manicure with gel polish. The full set would have been $40 and they charged me $35 for what I got. I explained and corrected them 4 times. I even asked for a coral polish and ended up getting purple because after 3 tries, she still didn't go get the right color. I gave up and took what was sitting there. This place is awful. I could not be more offended if I tried. I came here with my 7 year old for our first mani/pedi's together. We picked our colors and sat down to wait. My daughter was holding the bottle of hers and it fell out of her hands. The lid came right off even though my daughter wasn't trying to open it and it spilled. The lady doing nails near by FREAKED out. Yelling at me to sit down sit down sit down! I just wanted to get us away from it. Such bad service!! I got there and was conned into getting higher prices than what they were. I sat down to start getting my nails done, and I was treated like I was dumb. Once the woman started, she cut my nails way too short, my fake nails look like their my real nails just painted. She made my nails bleed and continued to after she noticed they were bleeding. My nails are crooked, and unsymmetrical. I can not believe the service I got today. If I could, I would give them 0 stars.
