Absolutely rubbish staff were rude, clearly talking about us in their language pedicure was rubbish no cream,no massage, tarnished nail varnish and hard skin still on feet never use them again also shop is disgusting and filthy poor hygiene

It seems they used to take their time and be more thorough in the past. I gave them four stars because the quality of work was acceptable (not superior or inferior) and the pricing is competitive. If you don't want to pay more and want average service, this is the way to go!

I used to go there regularly to get my nails done and stop going when I realized that the jail nails they were charging me for we're actually acrylic.Went to get my nails done for a wedding within one day they were lifting and chipping.They were very skimpy on the product they put on my nails and when I asked her to put an extra coat of the topcoat she barely put any on. So I'm not surprised of the outcome of my nails. Will not be going back there at all. Are used to be busy on Fridays and Saturdays I'm not surprised that they are not anymore.

I came in for a pedicure, and was very disappointed. The shop did not seem to be the cleanest place around. The pedicure itself was terribly done. The lady made the white tips far to large and when I asked for them to be resized she barely touched them and sent me off to dry. They were smudged before I left but she did not fix them. I left and they chipped that night! These nails were for a wedding the next day. I called and told them what happened and nothing was done to resolve my issue. I won't be coming back here. It was a cheap price for a pedicure, so I suppose you get what you pay for.

The service is ok. The staff is friendly. The wait is forever and they are very slow!!! I waited for a pedicure for 30 or 40 minutes. When we came in the other costumers were getting their toes done. We had to wait a very long time. I do not recommend going there. Service is slow and bad!!!

Definitely wouldnt go here again! I went to have a soak off and then an overlay new set. The lady was rude and made me feel uncomfortable and after a couple of days the acrylic started to lift and crack! I paid £25 to have nice nails for hol but have ended up with broken nails that took me ages to grow!. I emailed them but have been completely ignored!
