Friendly greeted once I started getting my feet done and I request to use the razor they told me no we don't use that and only used the soap and scrub sponge. My feet don't even feel like I had them done. My nails were cut crooked, the polish doesn't completely cover the nails, the line above the tips runs both ways, my skin around nails is very rough, one fingernail is round and the rest are square, and 1 nail cut where my fingertip shows. I called and was told to come back and they would fix the problems. I arrive and the lady that done my nails tells me they look fine and don't need fixed. I am beyond upset!! My nails look like a child done them. So now I can pay another salon to fox the $40 nail screw up!!! Read Less

Horrible experience! Had to go back to have my nails fixed only to have the owner be completely rude and leave unsatisfied again! It's been 2 days since I had my nails done there and the acrylic is lifting around my cuticles and the gel top coat they put on cracked and peeled off because the polish underneath would not dry. Called to speak to the owner about the issue once again only for her to tell me to come back and they would fix them again. The first day I wasted 3 hours having them done and fixed. I don't want to spend anymore time there just to be unhappy. I asked for a refund and she refused. I will never return as a customer and will let everyone I know that has acrylic nails to not go there either. Waste of money and time. BAD experience @ Peoria Il Allen Road Regal Nail Salon. Pedicure was the worst! Had person Named PiPi could not understand me trying to tell him my callouses needed more attention. I asked for the manager, he had no clue what manager meant! Got the Mgr Name was Nancy, she had such poor CSR skills. I asked her to step out a moment so I would not complain in front of her other customers. She declined said talk there! Got nowhere with her, believe she was insulted when I explained PiPi could not understand me, my feet still needed work! Nancy took picture said looks good! lol Told her no they feel awful I needed callouses on ball of foot worked on more. Nancy said " no rub more, I take off skin" I said no, I get pedicure know my feet know callouses needed more than three rubs of stone! Complaint fell on deaf ears. I asked Mgr, Nancy for Regal Corp number. She said no one but her. Finally she gave me Corp Regal number. I requested to go back tomorrow to get pedicure redone at East Peoria Regal as I had good service prior there. Was declined as Regal is independently owned operated, Nancy the Mgr was not willing to acknowledge anything wrong or make anything right. In conclusion, Allen road Regal Nails was less than acceptable for pedicure service. Regal Nails in East Peoria is a better choice, IMHO. Read Less

some people might think that if a nail salon that is located in wallchart will be one of those cheap and sloppy looking place , they are damn wrong . and i have to admit i was one of them .The shop was clean and nicely organized , the staffs even though dont speak much english but they do try to understand your request and do a great job. i had a gel shellac and it looks amazing . The lady who did my nail told me that they use some kind of top coat that make the gel dry faster and last longer which actually perfect for me because even though i know they probably gonna fix it for free but i dont have to drive back and forth just for a finger, waste time and money and it actually happened before at other nail shops p/s their prices cant be beaten , good price and best quality of nail polish . what else can be better ?!so sad that i moved away, but id definitely come back to visit them when im back in town Read Less
