Absolutely horrible experience, and the WORST manicure I’ve ever gotten. I normally go to Zen Nail Lounge every 2 weeks, but my friend referred me here. I went in to get a dip manicure and the owner, Tonya, took me. She was very friendly, but she only painted my nails. She did not do cutical care or even file my nails! She put the top coat on and a party of 6 walked in. She tended to them as my nails were drying, and she came back to check on me and the final top coat peeled off all the nail dip polish!! She apologized and said this party made an appointment and then she ASKED ME TO LEAVE. She said she needed to work on them and asked if I could come back tomorrow so she could fix my now bare nails that peeled off. I was furious! I said no, I made a 30 minute drive out and I’ve been here for over an hour I cannot leave like this. She hastily redid my nails in between giving pedicures (disgusting) she wasn’t washing her hands, and she didn’t put lotion on my hands or give a hand massage either. She hurried me to the counter to pay and charged me $45!!!!! To only paint my nails!! I’m so appalled and I will NEVER go back. Went in to get the dip powder.. two hours later the lady decided that she hadn’t done it enough to do it properly and needed somebody else to do it but no one else was available.. so they charged me $10 to take my nails off.. two hours later I walked out with bare nails.
