I love coming to Boo, the atmosphere is so relaxed and friendly! They hosted my sister's Hen Party afternoon, and provided a room for us all to chat and eat while we all had our individual appointments and I have been a few times since. Really disappointed! Looked more like a bomb site than a spa! Unprofessional & childish atmosphere. After waiting 25 minutes and being called the wrong name, I decided to leave! Went to Beautique in Wombourne instead and received a warm welcome and excellent service! Take note Boo. Read Less

The owner Samme is very rude and obnoxious. I couldn't believe how he treated me as a customer. While he was doing my nails he blurted out; You are a bad customer. He begin squeezing my hand tighter. I said that hurts. He yelled in anger if you hold your hand right then I won't squeeze tight. I asked him how he wanted me to positioned them? He answered it dont matter I just want to get you put of here. I set there stunned and litterly had tears in my eyes. After leaving out I sat in my car for a few minutes wondering what just happened. I did the Bible Art Journalling workshop today with two very infectiously excited tutors, Jess and Jo. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and accommodating. I learnt a ton in just a few hours and have come home very excited about getting stuck into my Bible Art Journalling. I would recommend the course to anyone who is keen to really get the most out of their Bible reading, even those of you (like me) who don't consider themselves particularly arty or creative. Boo has such a great creative eye and such talented people. I came to a wigwam making class last minute and have an amazing time learning how to make a wigwam from bedsheets. The kids at work love it.....defo a winner, defo worth a visit to there creative classes, you won't find better! Read Less
