Sorry to say,but I have been a customer at this shop since it opened so have spent hundreds ....in fact thousands of £ here having my nails done . The last time I went I was a tad bit disappointed as my nails have broken easily this time. Been back this morning (admit, without an appointment) to just have bit of glue on a cracked nail. Waited half hour but had to go ,as I had to pick someone up. I did say I would be back at half 12 to get it fixed. Went back again and waited again, but when customers were finished they went on to do others, who were in before me, but I feel really let down by them as all I wanted was a few mins of their time for a bit if glue to manage me. Looking for a new nail bar where I know they would value my custom because today showed me one thing.....nails for u at Cradley Heath don't. Read Less

In agony after having fingers sliced by file. 5 fingers in one visit. Nails aren’t shape I asked for and polish is in lumps so not setting. No way of contacting my email text messaged same person now that has cut me this time far worse than before. Also Shop opens at 9.30am Read Less
