I've been going to Beyond Nails for a year and a half now and love it. My nails always look great and the ladies there are so nice.

Sorry but it was the worst nail paint of my life, the acrylic is about 10mm thick and you cut my cuticle about 6 times. Also over priced - went home n re did them cus I legit wanted to vom every time ...

Do not go here. After 5 days, one of my nails snapped off. I called and booked an appointment for 10am as that's the only time I could do, got there and they weren't open till 11 so had to go somewher...
Do not go here. After 5 days, one of my nails snapped off. I called and booked an appointment for 10am as that's the only time I could do, got there and they weren't open till 11 so had to go somewhere else and pay. Now after 9 days, another one has broke. Just called and they were very rude on the phone

Have two odd nails, they were only concerned about when they could eat food. cut my skin on two figures, as some one who doesn't like nails too long. (i like almond about 1 centimetre longer than my finger tip) he told me they wouldn't look nice if I have them this length. which i think is awful comment to make, considering they should do what you ask. won't be going back, mainly due to the odd nails.

I always get my nails done here. Great quality - they are all very experienced technicians and willing to listen to what the customer wants, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Love the staff here. They make you feel so welcome. Not your average staff. Especially the little old man. Always smiling. Nails are never a problem too. Definitely recommend you guys. Thank you!!!

The worst service you could ever get for nails. Really cheap products. Cheap customer service (and it shows). Really outdated inside and the staff b*tch about you in their language while you're having your nails done. I was overcharged by the lady who did my nails, so I went back to say they had short changed me. I gave them 40 pounds and only got back 7 pounds change (should have been 17 pounds). When I explained it was a mistake by the lady, she yelled at me in front of all the customers saying they didn't give refunds. I wasn't even asking for a refund! I wanted the correct change back! When I told her I would be going elsewhere from then on, she basically said "good, go on then". Absolutely disgusted by this service. To top it off, she did a pisspoor job of my nails too!

Worst pedicure I have ever had. Went in with my mom and sister and we were finished in 20 minutes. They were rough with the cuticle cutting and rushed through the polish and massage. Not relaxing or enjoyable. We will not be coming back.

This is my favorite nail salon in Peoria because of the high quality manicures and pedicures, the prices, and best of all the SERVICE. I have gotten manicures and pedicures with each of the girls at least once and they are all great. They remember your name when you come in, all say hi to you, and are nice, funny gals. Their manicures and pedicures are reasonably priced considering what a great job they do (15 for mani, 30 for pedi). And they have the BEST massage chairs ever. So relaxing! All in all this place deserves 5+ stars!

Do not go here. After 5 days, one of my nails snapped off. The worst service you could ever get for nails. Really cheap products. Cheap customer service (and it shows). Really outdated inside and the staff b*tch about you in their language while you're having your nails done.
