Horrible service!!!  They cross contaminate by sharing utensils across different customers.  They were literally sharing the same nail file between me and another customer.I also waited over an hour for service!  Instead of the owner saying they are too busy and people should come back, she had people go sit in the pedicure chairs and wait.  She moved me to the pedicure chair and it was then that I realized that there were about 15 people waiting ahead of me.  I left and returned the next morning and was the first person to walk through the door.  She thanked me for returning but I didn't leave for another two hours.  You would think she would have worked hard to get me out of there fast!  The problem is that she uses favoritism and takes frequent or familiar customers first.  Two ladies walked in after me, received the same service as me and left before me.It's as if they need a manager who does not work on nails to better manage the shop and it's logistics.  Nails look nice and neat but not worth the hassle and risk of nail fungus. I went there 3 times. The first time for a full new set of acrylic gel. That was fine because it was my first time there. I went back to get a fill and asked for a green glitter for the holidays and chose my color. They somehow couldn't do the color that was on THEIR model. Not to mention my appointment was set for 4:30 and no one came to take care of me until 5:45. The person doing my nails was rude (never said please and thank you) or barely said anything the entire time, and was yelling in my face to her co-workers. They made me pay the entire thing and charged me and extra $5. I went back for my next fill to give them one last chance because the nail quality is really good. As I went back they didn't do the color I asked for. The lady didn't pay attention and did the color next to the one I asked for, and she was just as rude. If you don't care about service and/or the nail color you get, then this is the place for you, but I'd rather give my money to people who actually care about their customers. Read Less

I would never recommend this place. I have been in for various services several times and every time is an awful experience. Beware! The second time I went in I waited for over 40 min for a manicure despite having an appointment. I ended up leaving my friend there, driving to Walmart buying polish on my own and coming back to pick her up. She still wasn't done. I never got an apology from anyone that works there or really any explanation why so late. The next time I went in for a pedicure I was offered a drink and I got a water. My friend asked if they serve wine so I got one as well. When I checked out after the service my bill was much higher than the posted price. Apparently they charge for the 2nd drink without bothering to tell you. The third visit I had I dropped a bottle of nail polish which splattered all over me, my boots purse and clothes. My friend, her clothing and bag. I apologized, cleaned up and nobody said a word. Again, despite having an appointment we waited 20 minutes to get started. When checking out my bill was 10 dollars higher than it should have been. They charged me 10 dollars for an old bottle of nail polish that was 1/4 full. They wouldn't have even told me why the bill was so high except I asked and they said oh it's for the bottle of nail polish you broke. Love this place!! Friendly and amazing service. I wont go anywhere else! My nails look perfect EVERY time! I've been to other places and my nails would hurt after going. NOT here! I have been going to this nail salon for the past year. Everyone at the salon goes above and beyond with service. The pedicures by Anna are wonderful. I get gel nails done by the owner Chou who is adorable and does a awesome job. Best nail salon in Peoria. I highly recommend. Jeanine Read Less
