First off, let me say there are many other nail shops you can go to in the Southwest suburbs that will give you quality service. I went in for a acrylic nail removal. Simple. Nothing complicated. The worker who helped me, he has blonde streaks in his hair, was extremely unprofessional. First off, any woman who has nails understands the process of taking them off. Sometimes its painful and the acetone burns thin nails. He literally laughed and ticked his tongue when I told him I was hurting. Then to top it off he cut my nail without even apologizing. I complained to the manger and he sat on his phone with a smug on his face. This was my first time here today. I was getting a mani/pedi with my friend for my birthday. We asked to be started at the same time for our pedi and the girls working on us were put out. During the service the pedi was ok. My tech made me bleed and tried to cover it up, then she slapped some lotion on me and didn't even massage. We both wanted the same color and they made me wait for the color. They started my friends mani way before mine and said they had too. My girl was SO roud. She kept slapping my hand and taping on the table to get my attention. I was asking her questions and total attitude. They are very high on there prices and they charge a fee if u use a credit card and THEY DON'T TELL YOU AHEAD OF TIME. I found a coupon on there website and showed my girl and she was upset i had it. DONT PUT COUPONS ON YOUR WEBSITE THEN. I was walking up to meet my girl and she yelled at me to Go and pointed up front. I have been hopping from salon to salon lately trying to find a place i can stick to and keep coming back. Went to bellagio nails and spa today and this was by far one of the most amazing places i have went to. They were courteous and very friendly. not to mention, my pedi came out fabulous!!! Quite disappointed... use to love this place started going when they first opened for a long time, everyone and everything was great. Recommended them to everyone who complimented my nails. Returned about a year later some familiar faces and some new. I got someone I never had there before and was pretty disappointed.. very unnecessarily aggressive with the filing. I've gotten a full set a lot of times and yes sometimes they are tender later on but not like this... they are so sore, throbbing and my cuticles are very sensitive due to the acrylic and filing I believe. He was being very rude and impatient with me and it made me very uncomfortable. I'm not new to getting my nails done, been doing it for years now.. and know for a fact the way this guy was handling my hands, fingers and nails so roughly was just unnecessary... still giving it 3 stars because of the original employees that I saw that were still there but I don't fully trust their new employees. I absolutely love this place. The best nail tech is Jaydean he is soft and gentle with your nails and pays attention to details.And they do great pedicures also. I came here for a no chip manicure and pedicure. I made an appointment and they took me right away. The woman working at the front desk was very friendly. Hands down, the best pedicure and no chip I ever had! The man that did my nails was quick, but efficient. I didn't feel rushed even though it was pretty busy. I got the milk and honey pedicure. I was very disappointed when I brought my Granddaughter for her first Princess mani/pedi which I was told would cost 30.00 while I had my acrylic nails done. I was very disappointed when she was getting her mani done during the time I was finishing up my nails and the nail tech just left her sitting there at her station when she was done all alone not even moving her to the station to let her nails dry. I finished my nails and went to get her sitting crying and frightened all alone at the other station not knowing what to do. I moved her to the station to dry her nails while nobody seemed to be even keeping an eye on her. Once the were dry...which I thought....I went up to pay....I was told now it was 40.00 for the Princess Mani/pedi which I questioned and was told that was what the tech said it was!!!! Like a goofball I paid and tipped... As we got outside I noticed her nail was all smudged and went back in to get it fixed and asked again about the price and was told it was up to the nail tech. What nerve!!!! I was not satisfied with my acrylic nails either. They are put on so thick and not cut or filed straight. I paid way too much for a service that was not acceptable. I should have paid by credit card and not cash to dispute the services but you get charged to use your credit card at this place so I paid cash. Looks like a fancy nail salon but I will never go back. After spending 40.00 for a Princess Mani/Pedi and 35.00....not sure of my charge...,for my acrylic nails which I was dissatisfied with and I tip well with a total of 25.00....which I wasted 100.00 and took a toll on my Granddaughter frightening her I feel I deserve some type of a credit back to me for myself from the owner to take down my review. This is a totally true review which I will pass on verbally to others in the Orland, Palos, Tinley community to avoid going to Bellagio. How can you allow anybody to treat a child in this manner...what type of person would do that....Just terrible customer service to be treated the way especially for a child for her first time. I LOVE BELLAGIO! I've been going here for the past few years and always recommend them to friends. Sophia is fantastic as is the rest of the staff. She suggested a Dip Mani for me and I'll never do anything else. It's strong, pretty colors, and doesn't chip when I'm rough with my nails. Lasts at least 2 weeks and if I can't get in I can week 3. I am giving this nail salon one star because of the nail tech that did my nails. She saved my experience by doing an awesome job on my finger nails. I'd like to give Tammy 5 stars but Tan the nail tech that did my hot stone pedicure gave me the worst pedicure ever!! He started with dripping nail polish remover on my pants and ruining them, then while filing my nails he cuts my skin, then with the hot stones he burns the bottom of my foot, (The stones were so hot they melted his gloves!) the final mistake he paints my nails the wrong color! After all of that I feel I shouldn't pay for such a horrible pedicure but the owner who claims he's only an employee said he could only take $20 off the price! I'm in love with this place best pedi I've ever had in my entire life!! Management and all staff are very professional and friendly.. The massage chairs the decor the selections of polishes I can't say enough great things about this place except I wish I had found it sooner then later but that's ok because I will now be a regular customer!! I drove one hour from Chicago just to see if the yelp reviews were true and well its even better then 5 stars!!  Can't wait to tell all my friends!! Amazing that they use a clean plastic liner each time and clean tools too!! WoW!! Every inch of this Salon is 100% clean!! I'm extremely satisfied with my visit to Bellagio. I was a little apprehensive because of some of the negative reviews but I decided to give themA try anyways because the pictures look so nice and there were a lot of positive reviews. I made an appointment ahead of time and showed up about 10 minutes early, they took me right away and started my pedi immediately. The salon is clean and relaxing. I especially like the plastic liners in the pedicure bowls and that they open a new set of tools out of plastic for each customer. My tech was super friendly and accommodating. First time ever being there was today. I was looking for a new nail place & this one had really really reviews so I thought I would try it. Prices are the same as anywhere else, but the quality of my nails are flawless! I got the SNS Dipping on my finger nails and a Milk & Honey Pedicure with no chip nail polish. It is the best pedicure I have ever gotten! My feet feel so clean and smooth! Every time I go some where else my feet look and feel more dry. I am extremely satisfied! Not only were both nail jobs flawless, but the employees are extremely nice and friendly and make you feel very comfortable. They are easy to talk to and easy to joke around with. Even when I go out with my mom I don't look at other moms." ~ Gary Shandling I've been a long-time client of some of the nail techs here; long before Bellagio opened their doors.  I drive about 30 minutes and actually followed my nail techs here from another establishment which I enjoyed immensely for several years. No disrespect to them; they are very kind people. Why the change? Well, these techs are so very good to me and in doing so, have earned my trust, my business, and certainly my loyalty. I *should* come every 2 weeks, but I'm often lazy in that regard. It's nice to know that if I need to get 3 weeks out of my polish, I certainly can.  My nails are real; my own long nails and not tips, and I can keep them that way by asking the lovely techs to apply liquid gel atop for additional strength. (not powder)  Even a regular no-chip is fantastic here. Often, I have them filed to a point or as a dagger, which seems to frighten children.  I've been told, at times,  they look just like "A Wicked Witch". Ah, bless; perfection.This is a family-owned business where everyone takes the utmost pride in their craft.. Often we exchange playful quips and jabs.  I rather look forward to seeing the lovely ladies and gentlemen that work here. I appreciate that they remember my name..my face..my favorite nail shapes and colors; that's truly something special. This spa seems to make sincere efforts to elevate the relaxation experience, and for that I am most grateful. When one is at a salon or spa there is an expectation of calm; I've no tolerance for those who loudly chat or let their children blare I-pad movies and so I encourage the establishment to please be sure their efforts to create a haven is respected.  Tranquility is an enormous part of the spa experience. I appreciate courteous clients and do my best to repay in kind. The mani/pedi menu offers a variety of services that should work with any budget. While I hope to see more deep, wickedly dark no-chip colors in the future, they seem to always have something to suit my mood. (I've never had nail art.)  Their milk and honey pedi leaves my toes, heels, and calves smooth and silky, while the aroma serves to soothe..all the while, the massage chairs melding it all together perfectly.   For sore, tired feet, the hot stone pedi is ahhhmazing. (Men, give it a try!) Parties/special occasion packages available and there is a small bar with a few, basic adult beverage selections,  Some waxing services and eyelash extensions if you are so inclined. Semi-private area for group pedis. The plentiful salon-station seating and pedi-chairs means that, unlike some salons, you can actually sit *with* your friend or family member while you are both getting your nay nays on. Phone ahead if you want to be sure you can get service together and to minimize wait time. There are always smiles, laughter, and something to make you look and feel beautiful here at Bellagio..including the Starbucks just inside the lot.
