Was surprised by the inside of the salon because the outside image doesn't "match" how cute and clean the inside is. My service was great, I got a blowout and style which matched the look I was going for. When I put a true "Blowout" salon in mind, this didn't exactly match up. I get blowouts frequently and usually you see more of a brush manipulation to start the curling process rather than a straight blow dry followed by curling iron curls (the curl cost an extra $5 on top of the $35 service which I wasn't aware of until I went to pay for the service). They had a 20% off first visit coupon on yelp that they were a bit surprised that I asked about honoring which seemed strange. They did honor it, though. All in all, I was happy with the service I just am not 100% sure I'd pick here for my blowouts down the road specifically. Read Less

I broke my wrist and needed to have someone do my hair as I could not do my hair. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. Donna is the owner and is very friendly and knowledgeable. The beauty of this place is it's organic. The products are amazing but the stylists are amazing. I've had three different stylists blow out and wash my long hair while in my cast. They are wonderful! Nicole has gotten the short straw for doing my hair and she is amazingly talented and puts up with my chatter and her color technique has been fabulous. Hmm where do I start? First the location is in the middle of nowhere. It's a beautiful salon. I wanted a simple wash and blow out. Terra was my stylist. She didn't do a bad job but it wasn't great either. In the end my hair had no body. She did this weird pin curl section thing. I just felt like she didn't have what it took to give a good blow out. I also felt like the whole time was an advertisement for Aveda products. She used multiple types of products in my hair and I got a play by play of every product she was using and why. I stopped her when she told me she was going to add Aveda's dry shampoo. Who does that to a fresh blow out? The hand massage was like a wet noodle. The scalp massage was just as bad. Donna Ross is a fantastic hairdresser, and her team is so incredibly friendly and relatable! The new location is absolutely beautiful! Between the staff and the atmosphere, I have no problem spending a couple hours there for hair and nails.After bouncing around salons in the area for a long time, and never finding one that was quite right, I finally found Donna's nearly 4yrs ago and couldn't be happier.
