The gentleman who did my nails was amazing! They look great. However the gal who took care of my disabled friend was rude. She repeatedly berrated my friend complaining that she had other customers and was very snippy because my friend is physically incapable of sitting still due to a neurological disorder. My friend was almost in tears. She was made to sit all alone because her polish smudged and the tech didn't want to fix it "again" the tech was just very cruel and nor understanding to someone with a disability.

The people are very nice, and the place is large. But if you want your no chip to last more than 4 days go somewhere else. This is the third time I have gone in, and no chip is chipping and peeling after 3-4 days. Crazy, all other places I have gone it lasts over 2 weeks. They apply only one base coat, 2 color coats and one top coat. Again, all other places have always done at least 2 bases and 2 top.

I'm unpleased with this place! I took my friend, my 3 girl's (6 an 10) n myself it was dirty, hair everywhere on the floors n chairs. They cut both of my 10 yr olds fingers. Nobody apologized for it....
I'm unpleased with this place! I took my friend, my 3 girl's (6 an 10) n myself it was dirty, hair everywhere on the floors n chairs. They cut both of my 10 yr olds fingers. Nobody apologized for it. Refused to give me a discount for cutting my girls fingers pretty bad on more then one finger. They got polish on there skin n didn't clean it up. So it looks like the 10 yr old did her own nails. I will not b going back to this place! Very, very disappointed

Spacious, beautiful shop with welcoming staff. I arrived as a walk-in an hour before close on a Friday night and Lisa was great. Not only was she very tentative but helpful in picking a new color for me when the one I chose didn't have much left in the bottle. Highly recommend!

I will NEVER step into this place again.. We went for a granddaughter’s birthday celebration. Even though we had appointments, we had to wait quite some time . One of the ladies had a no chip man...
I will NEVER step into this place again.. We went for a granddaughter’s birthday celebration. Even though we had appointments, we had to wait quite some time . One of the ladies had a no chip manicure done and it only lasted 4 DAYS !!!! When she called to have it corrected they said they could fix them for AN ADDITIONAL $20.00!!!!!! at the end of the week . NEVER again ,.. !!!!!!

When my regular nail tech does my nails I have no issues the last time I went (yesterdsy) two different gentlemen worked on my nails after leaving me half done and waiting for 20 minutes to get someon...
When my regular nail tech does my nails I have no issues the last time I went (yesterdsy) two different gentlemen worked on my nails after leaving me half done and waiting for 20 minutes to get someone else to finish my nails. And the second guy was very very very rough. Several times he pulled on my nails it see if they were actually securely attached. The polish has began chipping off my left thumb nail. I'll be going back and getting it fixed for free and my companions money back as she should have to pay for poor quality work.

I was in a wedding party and got a $50 manicure. They put the nails on way to thick and didn't even cut off my cuticles. They were very nice but I was not pleased at all

I have been going to Lisa for years I love the way she listens to what I want not like other salons who do what they want to do to your hands. I even followed Lisa and David to the new salon I have never been dissatisfied I highly recommend this place to everyone who has had problems in the past with the other local nail salons. The lady was very nice but also very pushy. I made a appointment for mani pedi special for $40. I was told $50 because I wanted French so I said ok. I go to pay and lady tells me $55 then they end up ...
The lady was very nice but also very pushy. I made a appointment for mani pedi special for $40. I was told $50 because I wanted French so I said ok. I go to pay and lady tells me $55 then they end up charging me $65. I was finished with pedi and in middle of mani and lady says "you want eyebrows waxed" I said "no thanks I will take care of it myself" and she follows up with "oh well you need it if you want to look nice" i felt that comment was so out of line. She also tells me I need to get my makeup done so I look pretty and didn't like when I said no thanks. It hasn't even been 12 hours and nail polish is coming off. I will never go back.

The gentleman who did my nails was amazing! They look great. However the gal who took care of my disabled friend was rude. She repeatedly berrated my friend complaining that she had other customers and was very snippy because my friend is physically incapable of sitting still due to a neurological disorder. The people are very nice, and the place is large. But if you want your no chip to last more than 4 days go somewhere else. This is the third time I have gone in, and no chip is chipping and peeling after 3-4 days. Crazy, all other places I have gone it lasts over 2 weeks. They apply only one base coat, 2 color coats and one top coat. Again, all other places have always done at least 2 bases and 2 top.
