I had a great walk-in experience with this place today. I ended up getting more services than what I went in for, but they were offered to me as information and not as any kind of pressure. They are friendly and very good at what they do. Even though I’m only visiting in the area, I think I’ll be back before I leave.

Ive been here about 5 times and the last 3 times ive had some sort of problem with this business but this last time was just too much. WILL NEVER GO BACK. Went last week, asked for ombré nails and got an awful version of marble nails. After my nails being filed and ready to be painted I waited another 30 minutes for a different worker to get there to do the “ design” since the nail technician told me he didn’t have the patience to do the painting. As she started painting I told her I wanted ombré not marble and she proceeded to tell me that ombré wasn’t in anymore and marble was what girls wanted and if I wanted ombré I’d have to come back another day since they already started the marble design. After 2.5 hours I was charged $55 for acrylic nail that I didn’t want.

My nails are nice. The guy that did my nails was alright. I did get hurt and felt pain, but it's my first time to getting my nails done so it's probably just me. Other then that it was good

Absolutely love Nail Heaven!! The staff is so friendly and very accommodating. The amount of options for different kinds of pedicures is unreal, I can't wait to return!

Came out to Ottawa for the weekend & needed to get my nails done had been told to come here by a waitress a breakfast. Decided to give it a shot and was happily impressed. Asked to ladies ho they liked the place both said they were happy place was great and would definitely be Back. Well, I have to agree. Kristy was great. Friendly made me feel comfortable and Took her time to give quality service at a great price. Would recommend to everyone.
