I have always had a great experience but, I went about 2 weeks ago and I have cricked nails, uneven nails and disformed nails. I got acrylic and that was my second time. The work hit another worker while doing my nails! I will never go again!!!

Very happy with the service I have gotten every time I go! I've made the mistake of trying other places, but always end up coming back. Andy is super nice and always does a really good job. I love talking to him while he's working because he's so good at making you feel relaxed and making you and other clients laugh. Definitely worth the trip to Ottawa if you don't live in town.

Mary did an outstanding job on my mani pedi! Very talented, friendly staff. Clean facility with very accommodating hours. Andy was also very funny to talk with.

I came in to get my nails done 2 days before my wedding. The lady was very impatient while I was choosing my colors (of course I'm going to be particular). While preparing my natural nails for the acrylic tips, she was extremely forceful with her tools and even caused my cuticle to bust and bleed. I got my toes done as well, and she was very aggressive with the cuticle cutters. I yelped a few times even and she didn't even bat an eye. the quality of my nails was just ok. I will definitely NEVER be going going back there again. So disappointed.

Very happy with the service I have gotten every time I go! I've made the mistake of trying other places, but always end up coming back. Andy is super nice and always does a really good job.
