I've never wrote a review before but I had to this time. A few weeks ago I picked my mother up from a local nursing home there in Marseilles and was taking her back to live with me in WI. and I wanted to treat her to some special treatment so we went and had her hair cut and when I mentioned having her nails painted the girl at Cost Cutters said to go down the strip there to Lavi Spa. It was closing time but when I explained to the woman who (from my understanding) is the new owner that I just wanted to get my mom's nails painted she said "come on in and we will take care of her". Well not only did the woman paint my mom's nails, but she sat there and took her time listening to my mom repeat herself many times (she has short term memory loss) over and listened. She was absolutely wonderful to my mother!!!! Even though my mom doesn't really remember that day; she sure remembers "the sweet little woman who painted her nails so pretty" for her. There are many people in this profession (I know because I regularly get my nails done in WI) that do your nails, take your money and out the door you go. NOT THIS PLACE. I can not say enough for the way this woman treated my mom. She was such a joy. So God Bless this salon and I wish you MUCH success. You deserve it. Thanks from Appleton, Wisconsin!

I quit going to this nail place years ago due to the awful service and rude staff.
However, I gave them another chance a couple days ago. They told me 15 minute wait...

I quit going to this nail place years ago due to the awful service and rude staff.
However, I gave them another chance a couple days ago. They told me 15 minute wait. I agreed to wait. It was a 15 minute wait not a 30 minute wait, that was more than common with the previous owners. My pedicure is perfect and my paint only manicure is the best I have ever had. I will be back.

Always rushed. Asked for pedicure. The towel burnt my feet. When it was time to paint my nails my nail tech went and started on someone else. I intially thought he's just getting someone else started....
Always rushed. Asked for pedicure. The towel burnt my feet. When it was time to paint my nails my nail tech went and started on someone else. I intially thought he's just getting someone else started. I was mistakened. I sat for 40 minutes then finally spoke up, my fault for waiting so long to say something but I'm just soft spoken and have worked on customer service so I didn't want to be rude. I asked who was supposed to be painting my nails, and received a response of "he asked if you wanted anything else and you said no" I said I asked for a pedicure and need my nails painted. Then he reached for my hand in a rude manner. I pulled away and said I need my toes done because I asked for a pedicure. They were surprised when they looked down and had naked toe nails. Finally when a different nail tech came over they rushed it so bad. Polish all over my toes. Will not come back. I understand when it's busy but I made an appointment. All I received was an apology no offers for discount or any other services to compensate my 40 minutes of wasted time.

To be honest, I was shocked to read all of the horrible reviews! The service was great! Very friendly. My nail tech didnt speak much, but I was okay with that! I have a hard time understanding accents...
To be honest, I was shocked to read all of the horrible reviews! The service was great! Very friendly. My nail tech didnt speak much, but I was okay with that! I have a hard time understanding accents to begin with, so I hate not being able to understand those with thick accents. I will try to post a picture as well!! But really a great, reasonable priced nail salon. Will go again!!!

If I could leave no stars I would. Customer service is terible. It says 45 for an pedi.. I got charged 78 for my mani pedi. All I got was a solid glitter color. I said no to the no chip, they put it on my nails, not my toes... and charged me for nails and toes for no chip. I wanted my nails almond shape so I got charged $3 for them to "shape them" which I was not told about. And my nails look like shit.. some are rounded, see are almost pointed, and my thumb is ..... well some kind of shitty shape. I will NEVER go back to this place. I came here on a visit from Las Vegas and this was a horible experience. I wish I could've refused payment to them.

I do not want to give this place any stars but I had to give it one to write this review. My friend and I went in Thursday for pedicures and we were in and out in no more than 15 minutes. The pedicure was not enjoyable. It hurt and was over before it started. They didn't even put a top coat over my polish. I will not be returning!

However, I gave them another chance a couple days ago. They told me 15 minute wait. I agreed to wait. It was a 15 minute wait not a 30 minute wait, that was more than common with the previous owners. My pedicure is perfect and my paint only manicure is the best I have ever had. I will be back.

I said no to the no chip, they put it on my nails, not my toes... and charged me for nails and toes for no chip.
